Chapter 16

Zoe's POV

I rake through a few pieces of clothing but I am starting to become really hungry. I search the store for the girls when I find Kayla and Faye and Taylor.

"Oh god where could she be?" Kayla looking a little paniced walking back and fourth.

"I'm sure she'll be fine" Faye pulls out her phone, she is pressing the buttons really fast so I can tell she is panicing herself.

"What's up?" I ask Kayla, which seems like a bad idea since she now looks like she's about to explode.

She doesn't answer.

"We didn't realise but we've been walking around for a while and Meg hasn't been here!" Taylor yells in a panic.

Oh god , I am never any good in sitations like this. I always am the first one to panic and if Faye is panicing aswell as Kayla and Taylor, I have every right to freaking panic.

"Oh god, she could of got kidnapped or.. or worse she could of got abducted by aliens or something I mean everyone always uses that expression right? You know what happens in Vega's ends up in space or something? Or.. or.." I ramble on and Kayla continues pacing rubbing her temples. I get interupted by Faye's voice.

"Where the heck are you?! Do you know how worried we've all been!" Faye half yells into the device. She pauses for a while so I guess Meg is talking back.

"I don't think that is the point right now Meg." ... " Okay" ... "Diamonds are we" "Bye" I listen to Faye's phone call.

She sighs whilst rubbing her head.

"What she say?" Kayla asks.

"She was blabbing on about how she met this guy or something, I told her to come here and we'd wait for her" Faye explains. Oh. A guy. Now I get it... 

Kayla's POV

I am so thankful Meg is okay and I can't wait to see her but at the same time I am furious I can't believe she just ditched us for a guy, it's not exactly a shock but I'm still annoyed.

"We may aswell walk around for a bit" Zoe says into the silence, she walses off looking at some clothes, I am truly thankful she is here, she is an idiot but she always calms me down and I love her for that.

"Yeah you're right" Faye mumbles and I nod, trying to distract myself waiting for Meg's arrival.

For what feels like year's Meg walks through the shop doors with a huge smile on her face. What?

"Hey!" She says all cheerful.

"Hey?" Faye questions.

"Hey?!" I repeat Faye, yelling.

Meg looks at each one of us, now looking a bit worried.

"We were worried sick about you and that's all you say?" Faye scolds her.

"You haven't even said sorry!" I yell. I need to calm down. Again, I am the worried mother and Faye is the calming yet loving father.

"What for?" She arks her brow.

I'm about to speak but I get cut off.

"Just ditching us for a guy!" Taylor yells. Wow this must be serious.

"I didn't ditch you guys, you didn't wait for me" 

"You never even told us you were leaving Meg" Zoe says calmly.

"God! Shouldn't I be the one shouting at you guys! You left me!" She begins. "You aren't my god damn parents!" She points at me and Faye. "You two think you're so god damn special but you're not, just because you think your amazing doesn't mean you are, all you are, are two little goody two shoes and I've had it!" She finishes.
