Chapter 5) Where Are They?

''Trust no one, is what I'm gonna start doing because obviously this shows that she isn't a true friend.'' I walk down the hallway with no one right next to me. I feel so used too Erick standing next too me and on the special day. My birthday the day he said,'' It's gonna be special!'' ''Special my ass!'' I see everyone rushing into Ms. Flores class. Everyone is seated and I notice Erick smiles and says, ''Hey babe, come over here.''

I just give him the, "You fucked up eye'' and walk into my seat. Every guy literally is checking me out. I turn around and just smile at all of them. I see Erick furious, like he want's to beat the shit out of every guy in the class room but instead of doing that he walks out of class. Ms.Flores takes attendance and Valerie walks into class and rushes into her seat which is right next to me. Ms. Flores, "This will be a moment, we think kids are ditching class early and leaving school since it's the last period of the day." She starts naming everyone like, "Andy, Mario, Lilian, Julian, Victoria, Daniella, Charlotte, Hannah.'' and finally the words that made me actually concentrated was, ''Savannah and Erick?" "Hello where are they?" Lilian waves her hand and says, "Ms. Flores, I think Erick was furious and left class but I don't know about Savannah." Valerie lifts her right eyebrow and whispers under her breath, "Awkward."

"Where are they?" I'm thinking.
