Lightning's Pov: I've been in NYC for a week today is my 16 birthday which means I have my first shift. I was always so curious what my wolf would look like. Since I've been in NYC I havent ran into any packs yet which is good because I'm considered as a rouge which I don't want to be but I am and I dont wanna die anytime soon. I was thinking to myself. I was headed up to my lil' apartment when I got a text from Cassie.
Cassie: Hey Light Happy 16th Birthday! You can't believe what has happened since you've been gone eventhough its only been a week. But sad thing is Alpha Teegan passed now Ty is Alpha hes been crazy since you've been gone. You should visit soon! I miss you. (:
Light: Thanks Cassie. Wow! What do you mean hes been going crazy since Ive been gone hes the one who rejected me. I might, I dont know if I can though Im still not ready its only been a week! I miss you to!<3 (:
Cassie: Hes been going crazy because he misses you and regrets rejecting you. So,what if its only been a week i still miss you!
When I got that message I started thinking does he really miss me? I walked over to my bed and layed down next thing I felt like I was getting stabbed millions of times everywhere and I heard bones snapping meaning my shift was taking place. Then, everything went black.
Unknown Pov: What do you mean you havent found her yet! I knew today was my daughters birthday and today was her first shift. She was supposed to be here for I could get the powers! But she wasnt! "We are sorry sir but we havent gotten a trace anywhere. " Go now you guys are dismissed! I said about to let my wolf Hunter out.
Light's Pov: When I was passed out I had the strangest dream ever there was this guy trying to find me he smelled like rouge and he had Mark my mom and my mate chained in silver and was stabbing and killing them one by one but I didnt know why? Thats when I immediately woke up still in my wolf form and went and looked in the mirrior I was a pure yellowstone wolf which is weird cuz nobody in my family are a yellowstone wolf that i know of. I decided to get up and I shifted back into my human form and went to grab some clothes but I didnt need any! because I still was wearing my clothes they didnt rip off weird. I then walked over to my mirror to brush my hair out when I seen my eyes were a dark purple with dark blue specks in them just when i was in wolf form. Weird?
Mark's Pov: I woke up an knew today was Light's birthday and knew I still had to find her my moms been grieving more than before after dad left. My mom was devastated when dad became a rouge but shes more upset because hes trying to find us especially Lightning because she is yellowstone wolf and how did we all know that already well there was a prophecy type thing written. I know everyone might be wondering why is my dad a rouge?
Flashback

One day my dad Hunter started abusing my mom. My mom's dad was still Alpha at this time. My Grandfather knew about the abusing at the time my mom was pregnant with Lightning. So my Grandfather kicked my dad out of the pack and my grandfather gave my mom money to leave as far away as we could so we did. Now my father had found us and is after Lightning ever since he had foundout about the Prophecy.

That i how my dad is now a rouge and everytime I think about that day he threw my mother across te room while pregnant and lucky she didnt loose Lightning I always shiver and Dark Shadows pack knows all about this so everyone is looking for her.
Cassie's pov: Ever since Light have left im been really sad. Also, Andrew is barely around because he has to look for Lightning no one even know that I know where she is. Haha but I wont tell them. Because I dont want her to get hurt again. I was now making me and Andrew a sandwhich for lunch when a rock got thrown threw the window it had a note on it.
Dear Cassie,
I know u know where my daughter is so u should tell me. Or I will get you and torchure(a/n sorry if theres wrong spelling) you.

I screamed and then Andrew was by my side and I gave him the note. After he read it he was trying to calm down we got in his car and went to the Pack house. When we had gotten at the pack house we went straight to the office where Ty would be and I told him everything I knew about where Lightning is.
