It's been 3 days since I got 'the upgrade' I have worked up enough courage to look outside, I think. "Catherine" my mom said as I was still in my purple pajamas "Time to get up! Get ready for school then come downstairs to eat breakfast."
"Good morning sweetie" my dad said as he kissed my forehead "How did you sleep?"
I responded with my retainer still in "I slept good except I had a nightmare"
"Oh sweetheart what was it about?" My mom asked as she set my plate with 5 strawberries, 2 pancakes, and a cup of orange juice on the table.
"Well," I said as I took my retainer out "it was where I looked outside" my mom was so shocked she dropped her plate and her cup of coffee.
"Darling are you ok? It was just a dream. What's the matter?" My dad said as he helped my mom pick up the food she dropped, and her Broken coffee cup.
"It's just, I had the same dream last night. In the end we disowned her. I couldn't live with my self if I'd disowned her. Hank it scared me so bad." she said as she picked up the last piece of her broken coffee cup. "I forgot about Christopher. Catherine will you go get him?"
"Of course mom." Christopher is my three-year-old brother. I like to help Mom out with him because she works so hard. After I got Christopher and put him in his highchair I looked at my watch and saw that I was late for school.

After school as I waited for the bus I listened to Lost Boy by Ruth B. When I got home from school I started on my studies. "How was school?" My mom said to me as she handed me Christopher.
"Hi Christopher. School was good mom. Dad's home!" I said running out the door to greet him.
"Hi Catherine. How was school today?" He said loosing his tie.
" Schools good. How's work?"
"Work was good. Let's go inside." My dad said as he opened the door. "What's for dinner honey?"
"Pot roast, mashed potatoes, and zucchini." She said as she hugged him

"Good night sweetheart! Sleep well. Don't forget to put your blindfold on."
"I won't mom. I love you mom! Good night. Please tell dad good night for me." I said as I put my blindfold on.
"I will. I love you too!" She said shutting my door.
