After jumping out of bed and rushing tot he bathroom, i got myself dressed pretty nicely, ready to go but something is stopping me, a feeling that this day of my new company could end really badly. "Onodera, are you done yet?" Shouted takano-san from the kitchen, "almost" I shouted back. After I grab my stuff, I headed to the kitchen, sat down, ate breakfast and takano-san said "Seriously, couldn't you wake up by yourself? I ain't gonna wake you up every morning you know" "I know, I know" I replied. But really I don't think you could blame me that much because I just lost my job and home so of course i need time to re-adjust my life style. "Anyway, that aside, we are going in 2 minutes." takano-san said. I quickly gulp down all the food while nodding at the statement. After 2 mins, we successfully got out the door and headed to the company.

We eventually reach to the lobby, then I thought about it for a sec. I don't even know what takano-san do, or what kin of person he is now a days, it's true that I was the one who left because I thought he didn't love me at all, but how much has he changed since then?  With that thought, I asked "takano-san, what kind of work are you doing right now?" "Won't it be a little late to ask that now?" He answers back with a question. "Well, it's never to late to regret my life choices." I answered honestly. He glanced at me for a second or so, But he turned away as soon as I noticed that we were being really awkward. "I work for a editing club at murakawa shoten, our job is to edit shoujo manga. I think you're gonna be fine with the job since you worked on the literature department before." he told me. "Oh" was the only that i could think off as a respond to the things he just told me. I know I worked in literature before so i think I could get on really fast but then again, manga and literature is total different things. I don't really expect much of the editing club already, judging from my past working experience in murakawa shoten.

"Takano-san, what is this?" I asked, seeing the view in front of me. In one second I already decide that this is a great mistake i made of coming here. All the editors in front of me is half dead and the atmosphere is just terrible. "It's just the end of the routine, don't worry, you will fit n soon enough." He said. "THE HELL I WILL!" I shouted at him, "ah, la, takano-san, i thought you were taking the day off" said a young boy in front of takano-san. "well, i can't just leave the company in such a state, how are the rest of you doing?" takano-san said, "we will be fine, i guess, by the way who is the boy standing behind you?" The young boy asked. "Hi, my name Onodera ritsu, it's nice to meet you, you are?" I said. "Oh, I'm Kisa, i guess i'm your senpai but that doesn't really matter does it?" Kisa-san said, "oh, also could i call you rit-chan, since its too long to say onodera or ritsu." He continued. "yeah, sure" I replied. " enough of the chit chat, don't you have work to do, Kisa?" Takano-san said. "Yup, I'm off to work" said Kisa-san. I followed takano-san to a desk which I believe is next to Kisa-san, according to the picture on his desk. "here would be your desk and for the mean time, could i ask you to sort out the order of this stack of paper." he asked in a demanding tone, as I already lost one job, i couldn't afford to lose another one, so of course i said yes.

~Time skip to end of work~

"Good work" takano-san said to the whole group. after this long day of work i slumped down to my chair and closed my eyes decided to have a nap. Which then got disturbed by takano-san, he said "come on, we are going back home." "uh, okay" I said. We didn't speak till we got to the station and I asked "Isn't this tiring and annoying?", takano-san just stared at me for a while and I got a little confused but I guess it couldn't be helped since im the one who lost his job and relying on takano-san for everything else. "no, I like this job and i got a lot of money from it so i don't mind, you will get used to it soon. " he said.

The whole train ride back home was complete silence, it wasn't uncomfortable, it was nice and quiet, and it is true that we worked our ass off the whole day, so it was fine. We soon got off the train when we reached to the station. we got out off the station and waited in front of the traffic lights. Then there was a boy running towards us, yet the lights were red and in the corner of my eye, i saw a car coming straight to the boy, with out thinking, i jumped out and pushed the boy a way, bright lights, people shouting and takano-san shouting my name was the last thing I saw before everything turned into pure darkness.
