"So what's your story?" Eleanor asks me as soon as Liam leaves the room.

I look at Julie confused "What do you mean my story?" I asked completely baffled

"Are you interested in his money? His fame? What do you want from him?" Eleanor says. Clearly this girl has never heard of small talk.

"Why the hell would she want any of that?!" Julie says defending me. "Sorry lady but you don't even know us." She ads harshly. Julie doesn't often speak up, but when she does watch out!

"You're right I don't, but I do know the boys and I know that they fall in love too quickly." Eleanor brings her attention to Julie now. "What're your intentions with Niall? are you going to break his heart?"

"We aren't even dating, how the hell am I supposed to break his heart?" She asks angrily. "But to answer your question that would not be my intentions. I don't date around I've only had one semi-boyfriend and he ended up being a complete tool."

I look at her and want to cry because she's getting intimidated by this girl that we don't even know. Julie has no problem standing up for those she love's but she has trouble standing up for herself sometimes. "Why is this even fucking relevant?!" I say bringning the unhappy girl's attention back to me.

"Really Eleanor, it's clear Julie isn't planning on hurting Niall and we really don't know them so you have no right to treat them this way." Perrie speaks up for the first time.

"You're right Niall will take care of himself." Eleanor finally says. "It's Liam I'm worried about."

Great that's all I need. I think as her anger is again directed towards me. "Why the hell would you be looking at me for? We barely know each other and we come from totally different worlds, why the fuck would we be dating?" I say giving her the bitchiest tone I can. If she's gonna be a bitch, I'll be one right fucking back!

"Well from what I hear you guys had a bit of fun last night and I'm just worried you'll go to the media about this and cause more trouble for Liam." Eleanor matter-of-factly looking down at me.

"And why would I do that? Do you think I want to be harrased by millions of fans on my twitter account? And by the way we didn't have sex if you're wondering we just slept together." I add the second part mostly because she clearly needs to hear it.

I can tell she's relieved by my revelation but she isn't ready to let up. "Then why were you both naked?"

"Because we were drunk and we both sleep better naked that's it I swear!" I say losing patience quickly.

"I would still like to know what your story is though?" Perrie says giving me a smile. "You said you and Liam we're from different worlds what do you mean by that?"

I know she's hoping me talking will apease Eleanor so I go along with it. "First of all we're from different freaking continents, but beyond that, Liam is famous and rich and is touring all the time. I come from a small city in New Brunswick Canada. Do you guys even know where that is?" When they both shake their heads I smile a bit. "Yeah exactly."

"Well your parents must be quite rich to be studying in Europe, even if it is only for a year." Eleanor says only slightly less bitchy.

I scoff at that. "Yeah not rich. I'm here because I'm paying for it. In the tree years I've been in university my parents have paid all of maybe two thousand dollars, because that's all they could afford to help me out with. It's not that we're poor, we just aren't rich. And by the way my tuition alone is about 8 000$ plus the cost of books, so do the math. I work two jobs during the summer and work 20 hours a week while I'm in school to avoid depts." I look down at my hands because I know Eleanor grew up up with much more money than I did. "I maintain a good GPA, but because of my university's high expectations that isn't worth a whole lot. I have to work my ass off all the time to just get by, that's somethig you've probably never had to do." I look back up to her feeling tears in my eyes. "I say that but I don't actually know you so I can't place judgement. So before you go and judge me you should learn the most basic thing about me. I don't thrive towards fame or money. Before I left home I had a boyfriend that was a medical officer in the army. That means that he was in med school making a shit tone of money but just going to school and had a bright future ahead of him never having to worry about money in his life. I left him because my heart wasn't in it." I felt a tear fall down my cheek as I thought back at how much I has hurt Eric that day. "I am with someone because I love them for who they are, not what they do, not what they look like, not how much fucking money they have!"

I realize I said that last part almost yelling, but I don't care I push past her towards the exit. I need some fresh air and get the hell out of this place. I hear Julie calling after me but I don't care. I make a dead run out of the building towards to beautiful city I have come to love, because right now I can't deal with this shit. I can't deal with being called a gold digger by a pretentious bitch that doesn't know the first fucking thing about me!

Julie's P.O.V.

"Alix!" I hear myself yell after her. I want to go after her so badly, but I know that right now she wants to be left alone.

"Eleanor!" Perrie hisses at the brunette. "Why would you even do that? Didn't you see how hurt she was? She was right we don't know her and we had no right to treat her like that."

Eleanor looks down at her hands that are shaking for some reason. "I know I don't even know why I did it. I just didn't want to see Liam be with another Sophia..."

"Ali isn't anything like Sophia." I hear myself whisper.

Two pairs of eyes look towards me questioningly. "What do you know about Sophia?" Perrie asks looking at me intently

"Just what the boys said and a bit of what Liam said to Ali" I smile at the thought of my bestfriend and how she is fiercely loyal. "Liam asked her not to talk about it so she just said there was a bit more than the boys led on but didn't elaborate fully."

Perrie and Eleanor look at each other before speaking. "But you're her best friend right?" Eleanor asks. When I nod she goes on. "She keeps things from you?"

"Well if people tel her not to say anything, she isn't going to go against their wishes." I shrug looking back towards the door Ali had left through.

"We have to find her!" Eleanor says determinantly.

"Why are you interested in finding her Eleanor? You're the reason she left." I say looking at Perrie for answers.

"Because I messed up and she doesn't know my whole story either." She says and for the first time she's smilling.
