CHAPTER TWENTY THREE

we finally arrive at the large dispatch center and i am gestured into a room. i sit in the room alone for about 20 minutes, then finally a man and a woman walk in. they take a seat across the desk from me. i smile at them kindly, but they ignore it and look down at some papers. "McKenzie Rose Brunswick, correct?" the man asks. "yes, sir." i say, trying to sound sophisticated or something. "17 years of age?" the woman asks. "that is correct, ma'am." i say. they are both holding papers in their hands, and when they ask me questions, they only lift their eyes up a little from the paper to look at me through their glasses. "July 31st, 1873 is the date of your birth, yes?" the man asks. i nod my head. "and your birth parents are unknown?" the woman clarifies. "yes ma'am." i say, going along with what Adrien had put on the papers. i dont know what he wrote down, but they didnt know it was him who did. they continue with their questions.

====Undertaker====

my mind is only on Mikki all day as i work and everything. i am very busy with work whhile she is gone because i had been neglecting to keep up on it all lately, and most of the bodies were due very soon. i finally get caught up, so i slow down a little and take a break every once in a while. during one of my breaks, i get a little hungry, so i go into the kitchen to see what i can eat. i then open the cabinet i had emptied out just for Mikki to put her baking things in. i look over what is inside. i pull out most of the things and scatter them out on the counter. i start the oven, then get back to work on the food. i finally put the food i just made into the oven and lick the untensils clean, satisfying my very light hunger. i clean everything and put it away before getting back to work. after a while of working, i go into the kitchen to check on what i put in the oven. it is finished. i take it out and cover it with something, then hide it up on the highest shelf so Mikki wouldnt find it. i check the time and realize that she would be coming back at any moment, so i clean myself up and rush out to the door that goes to the reaper world. i open it, but stay on the human world side to avoid being seen. i see Mikki walking with an orange-blonde haired reaper, then he walks away. i try not to let my jealously get the best of me, and then isee a huge smile on her face when she sees me. Mikki starts running to me and jumps on me through the doorway. she wraps her legs around my waist and her arms around my neck. i hold her back in the hug, and close the door. she continues to cling to me even after i carry her into the house. i smile as she keeps her head tucked into my neck and her arms and legs remain around my body, and i carry her into my room.

"i missed you so much." Mikki whispers after we enter my room. i smile and kiss the closest part of her to my lips. she pulls her head from my neck and looks me in the eyes. "i didnt go all day without you and get ACCEPTED into the school just for a tiny little kiss like that." Mikki says with a smile. ACCEPTED?? MIKKI GOT ACCEPTED!!!! i am filled with joy and i kiss her. she locks her arms more at my head, forcing my lips more to hers. my tongue flicks across her lower lip, and she spreads the two, giving my tongue the access i had asked for. my tongue then explores every single spot of her mouth and soon, both of our tongues are playing "tug of way" with eachother, and somehow she ends up winning. things were getting very hot very quickly, and i push her gently to the wall to support her and i pull away from the kiss a little, with a thin string of saliva connecting our mouths. i slide my head down and begin kissing her neck, then slightly sucking it in spots. Mikki rolls her head to the side, lightly moaning as i kiss and slightly suck her sensitive neck. her hands run through my hair and her legs tighten around my waist. she is enjoying this as much as i am, and that is a TON of enjoyment. that reaper Ronald crosses my mind and suddenly a wave of something mentally hits me. this woman is MINE and i will let her know that.

i get a little more forceful on her neck and then move my lips back to hers. i dont even wait for permission before i force my tongue into her mouth. i feel my hands tighten on her waist where they lay and i start becoming even more forceful with my kiss. i then feel Mikki's hands on my chest and she tries to push me away. i finally pull back and look at her. "what has gotten into you all of the sudden? why are you doing this? your nails are going into my skin! please STOP!" Mikki yells. i loosen my grip, and put her on her feet on the ground. i then slam my fists into the concrete wall of my room. i hear Mikki gasp. i dont know why, but that Ronald guy has suddenly gotten under my skin...and im now pissed. i gently place my forhead on the wall and try to get my breathing back to normal. "I-Im sorry..." i say quietly, not looking at her because i just flipped out and i regret it. "Adrien..." i hear a quiet, soft, sweet voice say.
