Chapter 2

It took me a couple of seconds to recover from what I had just noticed. I started to walk out the elevator and followed the rest of the people that had gotten out because well it was my first time being inside this building and I didn't know where anything was except for the elevator. Once i saw a tall desk and a secretary siting behind it I approached towards her and waited until she finished talking on the phone. When I saw her hanging up the phone I look at the right top side of her shirt it had a mane tag that read Rose, I smiled at the women and told her "I'm here for an interview my name is Riley Sanchez" she gave me a small smile and told me to take a seat anywhere I'd like and that someone would be with me shortly. I picked up a magazine from the table next to me and started flipping through the pages to kill the time being. After about 5 minutes someone came through a door that I hadn't noticed was there, a tall, blonde man walked toward me and said please follow me, I grabbed my purse I had put next to me and followed the man back to his office. After he close the door behind me he offered me to take a seat which I did and then he took a deep breath, and asked me" how long have you been a secretary for" I told him this would be my first time being one,but I had all the qualities needed to be one; he asked me some more questions which I answered back truthfully. After i would say an hour and thirty minutes past I took a notice in his face and may I say he was handsome he had blond hair, stood at I would say 6'3 had bright green eyes and you could see he was good built from the way he's Armani suit hugged him, he smelled so good that it reminded me of the mysteries man back at the elevator. Something caught my attention and then I had noticed that I had been daydreaming about my mysterious man and had forgotten all about my interview, Brad which is the name of the guy interviewing me told me that I was hired and that if I dint mind he would like me to start right now, I told him I didn't mind at all and that if he could please show me to my new office he said that all I would need to do as soon as I exited his office would be to make a right go straight and make a left. I thanked him for the opportunity and with that I left his office, I had a feeling me and brad would be getting along just fine. After I followed his directions I found my office it wasn't what I was expecting that's for sure, it wasn't small, but I wasn't ginormous, it was actually the perfect size. Brad had told me that the name of the person that I would be working for was Nathaniel Bass I don't know why ,but just thinking of that name brought goosebumps to my body. I placed my purse in top of my desk and sat down on my black leathers rolling chair it was very comfortable after about 5 minutes past of me enjoying my chair and exploring my office I open the top left cabin and saw a note pad I took it and grabbed a pen from the top of my desk and started walking to my bosses office so introduce my self and see of he needed anything I could get him. As I was walking I heard a voice that was deep I wanted to know who the owner of the voice was so picked up my paste and found my self touching the handle of the door. I took a deep breath and walked in the man was still talking in the phone and was facing the the window that even I could see the amazing view of the city, I breath in a familiar smell, that reminded me of my mysteries man , it smelled so good an manly, I noticed that the chair was slowly turning around and had a file in his lap. When all of a sudden he looked up and met my gaze I almost dyed it was the Mann from the elevator, my mysteries man I dropped my my notepad and pen, I had goosebumps all over my body I bend down and picked up what I had dropped and then noticed that he had stopped talking in the phone already. When I looked him back in the eye he just smirked at me and started to look at me from head to toe, I felt so insecure about myself. After I cleared my throat I looked in in the eye and asked me what I needed he notice the effect his voice had on me because he smirked at me again I swear all this guys knows what to do is smirked. I told him that I was his new secretary and he told me that was impossible I was to young to actually now what the hell I was suppose to be doing, I was so shocked of what had just came out of his mouth that I ran back to my office to get my file and show him that I was actually able to do what every the hell he needed me to do when I threw my file at him he asked me what it was I told him to just read it. After he took 2 minutes to scan through the file he got up and told me to follow him which I did. We went back to Brads office and he just open the door like if he was the owner of this place how rude was that. He threw the file on top of Brads desk and told him " what the hell man I told you to get me a secretary not a 16 year old I am the fucking CEO and I think I deserve better then this " I was literally about to kill this man he had some courage to say that while I was in the room and I notice that he wasn't just any worker but the CEO of this company. Brad told him that I was not 16 and that I fulfilled all the qualities as a secretary. Nathaniel just told brad whatever and that they would be discussing this later on he had to get back to work, he looked at me and told me to just go home for the day and that he expected me at my office tomorrow at 8:00 in his office after that he just left. Brad apologized for what had just happened and to not to take it personal he just likes everything to be

Perfect, and that he would come around in liking me I just had to give him some time. I asked him if he was close with Nathaniel he said " we've been bestfriend's since middle school" with that I excused myself and went back to my office to get my stuff so that I could leave already I decide to write my number on a pice of paper, I walked to Nathaniel's office and put the piece of paper on his desk and told him" just in case you need anything" with that I turned around to leave but I could feel a pair of eyes staring at my ass so I decided to swing it a little with each step I took and with that I left the building.
