I gazed at the door a few seconds after she left. Why does she have this effect on me? Does she even know she affects me this much?

Napatitig ako sa computer ko and then I saw her coming inside her new office. Pinalagay ko agad ang pangalan niya sa pinto 30 minutes after I hired her. I rested my head on my hand, okay maybe putting three hidden CCTVs inside her office is a bit too much.

Pinapanood ko lang siya habang nagsusulat at nagbabasa sa mesa niya. Well, giving her a call won't hurt right? Kinuha ko ulit yung personal phone ko and dialled her number.

"Hello, who is this?" She snapped.

Nagulat ako bago ako nakasagot, still managing to keep my cool. "Feisty are we Antoinette?"

I again heard her inhaling sharply, I guess I have a different effect on her too. Pinanood ko siya sa CCTV, she stilled. "I'm just making sure that you are working. And please, save my number." Madaling kong sabi saka baba sa linya.

She looked at her phone after I dropped the call. Yung mukha niya hindi ko maintindihan kung anong ibig sabihin.

Saka ko nakarinig ng mahinang katok sa pinto ko, "Mr. Ongpauco, si Miss Tina Reyes po andito na for your meeting with her?" Sambit nung isa sa mga secretary ko.

"Tell her I won't see her today. Busy ako." Sagot ko ng hindi inaalis ang mata ko sa screen ng computer ko.

"Po? Mr. Ongpauco paano po yung meeting niyo para sa ex-" Hindi na niya natuloy yung sinasabi niya because I shot her one warning look.

"Reschedule everything I have lined up for today. Busy ako. Hindi ko na uulitin pa." Saka siya napakaripas ng alis sa harap ko. If I'm busy, I am busy. Wala dapat umiistorbo sa akin.

Pumulumbaba ako muli at ibinalik ang tingin ko sa screen ng desktop ko. She's so pretty without even trying. Masyado siyang maraming ginagawa. But still, everything she does looks effortless.

Then my intercom lit, "Mr. Ongpauco, si Sir Ivan po sa line 12. May importante daw pong itatanong." I pressed the button. Who is this Ivan again?

"Mr. Ongpauco, this is Ivan Jacinto, Marketing Director for the Blossom
Account. It has come to my attention that you transferred Miss Nica on another account and now I have a ghost manager working under me. I talked to your secretaries but they said it is best that I heard it from you. I also emailed you this morning before I decided to place this call."

Masyado akong pre-occupied kakapanood kay Antoinette na hindi ko na napansin na marami na pala akong email na hindi nababasa. "Yes, I have a new employee under the said account. I will be supervising her until she learns the basics of the company. That would be all." Saka ko binaba ang tawag niya.

Mas magaling ka pa sa akin ako ang nagpapasweldo sa iyo? Besides once I get tired of teasing and playing with little miss Antoinette here I will let her report to you. Don't be such a pain in the ass. Marami ka namang account na hawak, doon ka na lang magconcentrate.

I saw her secretary walked inside her office, maybe asking her if she would like to have lunch with her. She shook her head. I guess she rather have lunch alone. I smirked, am I really creating this convo inside my head while I watch her?

I took my suit coat and dialled the head of the security. "Neil, saan nagpark si Miss Lastimosa ngayong araw na ito?" Saka ako tuluyang lumabas ang opisina ko.

Siguro mga 15 mins din akong naghihintay sa pagbaba niya sa basement 3. She really has this habit of making me wait. Napasandal na ako sa kotse ko ng nakita ko siyang naglalakad papalapit sa sasakyan niya na nakapark sa harap ng akin.
