I awoke to a bright stream of sunlight lighting behind my eyelids. Damned sun. I sat up slowly, my head spinning from a vivid dream I had just experienced. Don't ask me what it was about, all I remember was greens eyes and soft lips.
Looking around as I stood up, I saw Tori on the other side sleeping in her bed. She dark haired head hung off the bed in such a way I knew she'd regret it upon waking.
I got ready for a work out. I needed to take a run and work off some stress. I came back to my room after showering and saw Tori was awake.
"Morning sleeping beauty," I chirped. She was still squinting at the light has she mumbled her morning greetings. I stood in front the mirror and brushed my long dark hair. It was to the middle of my back, the dark brown was streaked with blonde from countless hours in the sun.
I lived on a ranch back in the states. A very big ranch for that matter, naturally since my mom owned it, I was forced into working on it. I enjoyed handling the horses and such but not the cleaning parts, EW.
I was pulling my hair into a ponytail when I heard the door open. I saw from mirror, the boy I'd nearly chocked last night was now in my room.
I heard Tori gasp. "What happened to your throat? It's bruised!"
Sure enough, when I turned around I saw a purplish blue bruise on it neck. It wasn't terribly dark but noticeable nonetheless.
He said nothing.
"Harry!" Tori groaned. So Harry was his name. It was almost comical that I had the ability to kill him last night yet I was unaware of his name.
"Ask your roommate," he said, turning toward me.
I smiled sweetly. "Don't be so bitter dear."
He rolled his eyes.
Tori glanced at me confused how I was involved in this.
"I broke into his room last night at the frat party, took some pictures from his balcony. As I was turning to leave, there he was hell, fury, and fire. I apologized for coming into his room. He made a few... Implying comments. I called him an asshole. He got upset and threw me against a wall, trying to intimate me. I pinned him to the ground, my forearm across his throat. He suggested we have sex, so I pressed his throat harder. Then left. The end," I shrugged. Tori looked... Amused.
She turned to Harry, humor light in her dark eyes.
"You totally got your ass beat by a girl!" She laughed then turned to me. "It's about time that someone taught him a lesson, I think we're going to get along just fine."
Tori proceeded to walk over to me and arm a friendly arm around my shoulders.
"Wanna go to breakfast together?"
I grinned with a nod.
"I'd love to."
We breezed by a just shocked Harry. So far the day looks hopeful.

I sat down at the table with Tori. There were only six others aside from Tori and myself.
"This is Rose, my roommate."
I loved how happy Tori always was.
I gave a smile and a small wave. The two girls, one named Lissa and the other Madelyn, smiled back and said hello.
"Hi, I'm Zayn but you already know that," he grinned but shook my hand anyways. He kept hold of my hand and brought it to his lips, kissing the top of my hand. I stated at him with wide eyes.
"Stop it Zayn! Not in front of me!" Tori groaned to her cousin. I heard him snicker and place in my hand back on the table. I'm not going to lie, he's super hot. I looked at him again, I was right. He did have tattoos on his arms. Nearly a full sleeve of inked designs running up his left arm.
"Niall, love," a blond haired cutie introduced himself to me. I saw Harry was sitting beside Niall.
"So tell us something about yourself," Niall said before taking a drink of orange juice. "Shouldn't you be in modeling school or something? This there even such a thing?" He questions making me grin.
"I'm sure there is but I'm currently not enrolled, what would you like to know?"
He shrugged but Harry spoke for him.
"Where are you from? You have an odd accent."
Zayn said something along those lines yesterday, was my southern accent really that noticeable?
"A tiny town in Texas, the town is so small it doesn't even deserve a dot on the county map."
Niall rose his eyebrows. "What? Like 3,000 people?"
I laughed, that was a good one.
"No, barely 1,500, including everyone's dogs."
Niall snickered. "Wow, itty bitty. What do you do in such a small town? Cow tipping? Isn't that an American thing right?"
I laughed again, I've only gone cow tipping once and I felt so bad about pushing it over that I forced everyone to come back and help me re-stand the poor cow.
"I've only gone once but I felt so bad about it that I made everyone come back help me stand the cow back up," I laughed, repeating my pervious thoughts.
Laughter erupted from around the table.
"Okay, no cow tipping. Then what is there to do?"
I thought.
"Well, there a kick boxing studio in town. It's private but pretty big. I spent many, many hours there. I had a kickass mentor, Dimitri."
"Dimitri?" Zayn asked. "That sounds Russian."
I nodded. "It is. I swear to God that man was in the mafia at one point."
The rest of the conversation was easy. I enjoyed sharing stories and getting to know my new friends.

I was back in my room again, getting ready to see a little more of London, perhaps I'd take the bus this time. I was still looking for a shirt when the door opened. Glancing up to greet Tori, I gasped realizing it wasn't her.
There I stood, nothing on but a bra and underwear, in front Harry.
His eyes went wide but he made no effort to avert his vision.
"Don't just stare at me! Turn around!"
He's deep laugh echoed in the small room.
"I'd rather not."
I glared at him, crossing my arms over my chest. He smirked wider but slowly turned around. I scrambled around was a tee shirt and pair of jeans as he spoke.
"I'll have you know that crossing your arms over you chest didn't help cover yourself. If anything that all, it made them look that much better. I knew you had a great body but wow. I didn't think it'd look that great with that little clothing."
I gritted my teeth. Fucking asshole.
"Don't refer to my body as an 'it'. It is apart of me."
I heard him chuckle lowly.
"Whatever you say dear, your wish is my command. But you look absolutely," he seemed to be looking for the corrected word. Harry turned to face me as I pulling a tee shirt over my midsection.
"Ravishing, you look ravishing," Harry finished with a sly grin. I rolled my eyes.
"I'm happy you think so, but could you please excuse yourself from me?"
His eyebrows went up and he was looking for something to say.
"Actually, no I can't."
I groaned. "Okay, get whatever you came for, get it, and please leave."
I turned away from him to look for my phone charger somewhere in my drawers. I felt large hands on my hips and suddenly I was off the ground and I was being carried. I didn't scream, it didn't scare me. Maybe just annoy me.
"C'mon! Put me down!"
He laughed, I admit, it was a nice sound coming from equally nice lips.
"You told me to get what I came for and leave. Just following directions ma'am." The way Harry and his accent pronounced ma'am was likely the oddest sound I've ever heard. We were halfway down the hall, Harry still carrying me bridal style.
"My feet work just as well, if not better, as yours. You can set me down. Plus I forgot my phone, I promise I'll go meet Tori when I grab the things I need," I told him. I could easily get out of this but I do avoid any physical involvement when possible.
"What makes you think this had anything to do with Tori?" Harry questioned.
I was at a loss for words, very rare for myself.
I fumbled for words as I spoke. "I- I... Don't know. I just assumed."
"Why's that dear?"
We started down the stairs, Harry still carrying me. I looked down at the stairs and felt nervousness form in my stomach, what if the asshole dropped me?
"Because we're both friends with Tori but neither of us are friends," I told him, glancing down the stairs with a nervous look. "I swear if you drop me and kill me, I'm going to haunt the shit out of you."
He laughed again. "No, I won't drop you, you're too light to drop that easily. And about being friends, well I guess we are but honestly, I prefer fuck buddies."
I was taken aback but the blunt words. I glanced up at him. He was grinning madly.
"Why such the look dear?" He asked. "Thinking about the offer? Just so you know, I'm free all week."
I couldn't stop these words before they tumbled out of mouth before I would stop.
"Sorry hun, that positions already be filled." I smiled sweetly. Southern charm, you gotta love it.
"Excuse me? I beg the differ. I think you'll be calling up this someone and canceling immediately, it's emergency."
I scoffed. "What emergency?"
He leaned in closer to my ear, stopping on the stair he was on. "The one were I need to slowly peel the clothes from you body and take you all night."
I gaped at him. Okay, he was hot and everything about him was hot aside from his snarky attitude.
"Guess you'll just have to dream."
I could see the slight glint of anger in his green eyes, which he covered with a cocky grin.
"Oh and I will. But not for long."
I didn't even bother arguing with him.

At the bottom of the stairs, he still didn't me down.
"You put me down now?"
He pondered my request.
"Nah."
I growled. "Why not? If you don't put me down I'll get down myself.w
He looked down at me. "Because carrying you is nice. I have a perfect view down your shirt."
I hit his chest and started shifting in his arms. He was very strong to my dismay. I put my arms around mid neck and kicked one leg out his hand. One foot was on the ground, I just needed the other one. I tried shaking his grip but he kept a firm grip of my calf with one hand and the other around my ankle.
"So, you said you e done ballet and martial arts your whole life? Lets see how flexible you are."
I stared in shock as he started lifting my leg, higher and higher. Shit, I'm in jeans.
"Stop! I'm in jeans! Put my leg down you conniving asshole?"
His eyes were light with humor.
"Stop what?"
"Stop it now! Stop holding my leg," I huffed at him. He grinned wider.
"What was that?"
I knew what he wanted to hear.
"Damn you. Would you please put my leg down!"
I saw victory in his eyes. He let go of my leg. I sighed, I was very flexible but not in jeans.
I huffed. "Asshole." I strutted past him but not for long.
"I wasn't done with you! Come back here Rose." I kept walking.
His hand was in my shoulder. He spun me around to face him.
"What?" I snapped.
"Let me take you to this cafe."
"No."
"It wasn't a question Rosey."
"If you call me that again I will break your nose. And no, I don't like you and I certainly don't want to go out to eat with you," I told him. I turned around and continued walking but this time back up the stairs.
"Fine, I'll just follow you around until you agree," he called after me.
I shrugged. "Have fun with that."
I could hear him smirking. "Oh, believe me. I will, I have a perfect view of your ass. Your ass enough to get me hard."
I shouldn't be shocked by his words, yet I am. I'm glad he couldn't see my face because I knew my cheeks were flushed.
Harry wasn't lying about following me around until I agreed. Only I haven't agreed and I certainly won't.
I went back up to my room, changed, did my makeup, and grabbed my things. Harry in tow the entire time. Of course making comments about how his beds much bigger but we could make mine work too. I'm sure we could but I don't want to.
I trotted down stairs. Tori was hanging out with friends in lounge room.
"Hey Tori!"
She offered me a big, bright smile and ushered me to sit down next to her.
She looked up and saw Harry standing over me. Her gaze was confused but she didn't question it. It must be normal for Harry to follow around girls.
"Why's Harry with you? I don't mean to be rude but it's unusual for Harry to be in public with a girl."
So he follows them around in private?
"Well, he wants to take me to this cafe but I refused and he said he's going to follow me around, aggravating me in the process, until I agree."
The girls Tori was talking with stared at me wide eyed. One them leaned over and whispered in my ear.
"What are you waiting for? I'd totally kill to be you right now," She said glancing at the curly haired boy that sat next to me, eyes glued to the screen on his phone.
"He's a jerk who thinks he can get whatever he wants, I'd rather not. He'll eventually stop following me and move on to the next girl."
Harry looked up right about that time and lazily smiled at me.
"You think I'll just give up on you Rosey? Think again."
I think those girl went into heart failure when he shot over a little boy grin at them, bluntly checking them out.
I groaned.
"Hey Tor, I'm gonna go. I'm going to go do some London exploring and shoe shopping. See ya later?"
She smiled and nodded.
I heard Harry get up with me. It wasn't until we're on the street of London did I turn around to him.
"Okay, you've made your point."
"Apparently not too much, you still haven't agreed to let me take you to the cafe."
"And I won't. You might as well give up. There are lots if other girls who'd gladly take you offer."
He shrugged. "I know, but that they aren't as fun as you."
I groaned.
"I'm serious Rose, if you don't let me take you to eat I'll embarrass you to no end."
I ignored him and continued walking across the street. Halfway across, I felt his hand on me. I spun around and he grabbed my hands and got on his knees in front of me, in the middle of the street.
"Rose! Please! Give me another chance! I can't sleep, can't eat, can't live without you! Please oh please! I swear I will never wrong you, I'll give you everything you want, even marriage! Just please don't ever leave me again!" Harry cried. Everyone stopped to look at us. Harry was staring up at me, holding my hands tightly. I tried to pull away but he kept me here. Never breaking eye contact. I looked around.
"Give the poor lad a chance!" Someone yelled at me.
"Yeah! Give him a chance!"
"He's obviously sorry!"
I gulped. "Get up! Get up!" I whispered to him.
"Not until you say yes and promise your word in front of all these people. I'll even start crying if that helps you any. "
"God you're an asshole."
I heard more people start yelling at me. A few horns honking at us too.
"Fine! I promise to give you a chance."
I heard some people cheer and some cars honked louder.
Harry grinned and stood up but not letting go of my hand. He walked off the street and lead me toward to the cafe, I assumed.
