I woke up to rain lightly knocking on the window. A great way to start my birthday I tried to move but something was on me.

I looked over and saw ryder arm across my waist and him sleeping softly.

"Ryder"! I yelled and he rolled off the bed. He jumped up with a gun. When he saw me he relaxed.

"Why you do that". He asked groggy. " i had to pee,sorry". I said and got up and went to the bathroom.

After i got done doing my business i went downstairs to eat breakfast. I saw jake sitting on the bar stool.

"Hey jake". I said chirply. He looked at me then got up and left.
Whats up with him.

I went upstairs and knocked on chloe's door. She slightly opened the door and before i said hi she slammed it shut.

Okay this is just so off. I went back upstairs to my room and layed down. I heard a door slam shut.

I went down stairs and seen what happen but no one was there,anywhere. Great i get to spend my bday alone. Woop woop.

I cant believe they left me here alone on my bday. When i was falling asleep i heard a scream.

I jumped up and looked around. Then i heard it again. I ran downstairs and was surrounded by darkness.

When i turned the light on somebody shouted surprise. I looked back and saw everything in my favorite color blue and orange.

'Happy birthday alona'. It said in big black print with cheetah prints on the side. I looked totally lost than hell. Chloe came up and hugged me.

"Happy birthday best friend your 20".she said chirply. I startes to smile when panda came and game me a hug.

I guess i could get use to this all the time. Everybody chatted while i saw ryder talking to a girl. Okay okay i got a little bit of jealous.

Maybe i should get back at him. Nope i said in my mind. I went to the dance floor and danced with chantel and Chloe. When the party was over i went upstairs.

I was just about to open my door when i heard yelling and gun shots. I hid in my closet and waited. I heard someone come in my room.

They came by the closet and i hid more in the clothes. Someone opened it and said "boo". I screamed. When i looked clearly it was panda.

I rolled my eyes and got up out the closet and not wanted to be bothered. I heard more gun shots and when i turned around i saw jake fall down.

No no no. This cant happen not to jake. I cried and ran over to jake.

"Jake no please stay with me." I yelled. He looked sad and put a hand to my face.

"I will always love you alona but if i don't make it. Smile." He said.

Ryder busted through the doors and quickly picked up jake. We walked downstairs and jumped in the car.

5Min later

We have just arrived to the hospital. When we got in the nurses quickly ran up to ryder and grabbed jake.

They settled him in a gurney and took off down the hallway. I ran with them but a nurse stopped me.

"Ma'm you cant go in there you have to wait in the hallway". The doctor said.

I crumbled into ryder and started to cry again. He scooped me up and walked me back to the waiting room.

A hour later or so the rest of the gang showed up. Chloe and chantel showed up also.

They took me to the bathroom and fixed my hair and makeup.
"I hope Jake's ok i really liked him". Chantel said shyly.

"I knew you liked him and you would say it the day he might die". Chloe mumbled.

"Girls come on so we can see if he is all right ok". I said. They nodded and we walked out to the waiting room.

I see the doctor come out the room. He looked kinda nervous from what i can tell.

I got a little bit anxious when he called out our names.

Ryder stood up and walked to the doctor. "Well doc is jake ok"? Ryder asked.

"Well..."

Im sorry i had to leave you with a cliff hanger. I know your probaly mad. Lol.

People text me do you need covers yees i do just send them. I don't know whats wrong but i cant text back.

I barely been writing because. Of school and sports. Plz forgive me. And plz vote and comment and share this book with your friends. And yess this is my first book.

"Well he's okay, but he might feel dissy sometimes". The doctor said.

My breath got released and i start to cry again. Panda's okay.
But what about what he said. Does ryder love me really.

No it couldn't be. I asked the doctor when can we see jake and he said now.

We hurried down the hall and went inside the room. I looked at jake and he looked back.

"Hey panda are you okay". I asked. He nodded and patted beside him. I walked over and layed down in his hospital bed.

As soon as he wrapped his arm around me i fell asleep.

"Alona get up. Alonaaa". Somebody said. I rolled over and slapped the person.

"5More minutes sbssbhshsb".i said groggy. Someone laughed. I rolled back over but i fell out of bed.

I looked up and saw the whole gang looking at me. I also saw ryder with a hand mark on the side of his face.

I got up from the floor when the doctor came in.

"He'll be able to leave this week but he'll need his medicine". The doctor said carefully.

Thank god is all i can say. My best friend gets to come home.

"Alona can i speak with you in the hallway". Ryder said. I nodded and went out with him.

"Alona i've been meaning to ask you something. Will you go on a date with me"? He asked.

I nodded.and he had a chester grin on his face he came over. And hugged me tight.

Okay so Jake's okay alona got asked out and do you have a new couple to. Chantel and jake maybe.
