Geminis cannot tolerate being alone, especially for an extended period of time. However, they do need time for themselves so occasional downtime is appreciated.
Because change and freedom is important to them, you will often see them morph from a social butterfly to a recluse and back again. Although they're never a recluse for long, because they need to be around other people to feel revitalized. In fact, being along makes them more lethargic and tired.
They have a need to talk to someone on a daily basis or risk getting depressed.
