Chapter 3

It's my first time back at school since Ben died. As I walk down the halls everyone stares at me and I here whispers. I walk to my locker and as I walk I pass Bens and I see how everyone has put flowers and written ok the outside like "we will miss you buddy" and "watch over us in heaven" that one killed me the most! Ben was also the quarter back on the football team so they got his jersey and hung it on his locker also. I reach my locker and I open it to find a note. it was the last note that Ben had wrote to me:

"Have a great day beautiful, see you tonight! I love you!

That night came back to me, Ben had asked me out on a movie date and we're going to eat popcorn and watch romantic comedy's! He also made me dinner witch was his famous Mac and cheese! And for dessert PUDDING!!! * I loved his food. I loved him. I still love him.

I finish reading the note and just as I close my locker harry is waiting for me. "Oh my god you scared me!" "Can I walk you to class?" Harry asked as if he wanted to protect me. "Sure, thanks" I responded.We both have the same next witch is English. I walk in class and the teacher looks at me with sorrow. I nodded my head as if I'm saying thank you. I sit in my desk and my best girlfriend Hannah sits by me. Hannah did not get to go to the funeral because her family was out of town. She called me all day to check on me and tell how sorry she was for not making it. " Hey girly" Hannah said to my in a peppy voice " Hey" I say the same way. "How are you?" "I'm ok, not great at all but 'ok'." "It's gonna get better, I will help you with anything you need just let me know!" " Thanks Hanna, I will". Class ended and I looked at the clock to see that I had 3 minutes before lunch. I walked into the cafeteria and I look at the table where Ben and I used to sit everyday together. I whisper thinking Ben is going go here me "Where are you? I need you!". But I hear my name called my name called from a distance I turn around and it's just the person I want to see Harry. I go and sit by him and we start talking about random stuff and I think to my self " One persons can make your day better." Lunch ended and Harry walked me to class he say before leaving me " I'll see you later love!" I think to myself " I really do have a best friend."
