Young Love
You're like a flower in a sea of grass
Appeared into my life so suddenly
Regarded me, the plain state that I was
Showed interest for all with eyes to see
Though some say your intentions aren't true
I chose to ask my doubts and hear your say
For who will give the answers? Only you
The answers whether I will leave or stay
But having feelings towards you is wrong
For we are young still, doing foolish things
And though emotions are persistent, strong
I wish to let us both grow, spread our wings
For I have faith that love can truly wait
And nothing ever stands between our fate.
