Today was the day I was finally moving out of my parents house. I'm 25 years old and I'm just now moving out, which can be considered pretty sad. I saved up enough to money to rent a small 2 bedroom apartment across town. Which was convenient for me because it was closer to the record shop I work at. Cliche job, I know, but it actually pays well.

My dad helped me buy some basic essentials and supply do help me get started. My brother Malachi, helped me move.

I didn't have many thighs in my room, it was pretty bare so we didn't need to rent a U-haul, and we just used the bed of his truck.

After my family helped me get situated, they cooked dinner for me, as a congrats for finally growing up.

When we finished up the lovely meal my mother had made, they'd said their goodbyes and left me on my own.

This adult thing should be interesting.

I cleaned up the dishes and made my way back to my new bedroom. Decorated lightly but still cute and cozy.

I walked over to my desk which held my computer and phone. I plugged my phone into a little speaker I had and played twenty one pilots album, "Regional At Best". The album is so calming to me, makes me happy.

I shuffled over the small table that sat on the left side of my bed and opened the drawer that contain my non-professional art supplies. I sat down on my bed and decided to color the sketch of Tyler Joseph I had started a few days prior to moving in.

A few notifications buzzed from my phone disrupting my music. It was probably notifications on the Twenty One Pilots fan account I ran with my internet friend, Abigail.

A storm of notifications starting erupting from my phone. I got up from my spot on my white duvet covered bed and made my way over to my phone on my glass desk.

(Sorry if this is your user I made it up)

[dismaldays]: @/txp.dun commented: OHMY GOD TYLER LIKED

What? I unlocked my phone to see over 30 new followers and 100+ likes and comments. I scrolled to the bottom of my notification tab to see
"@TylerrJoseph liked your picture"

Oh my freaking god. Tyler liked a picture of my blurryface "costume"

Immediately I closed out of Instagram to FaceTime Abbey. She answered after the first ring. Her tear stained faced popped up. We were both screaming and crying over Tyler liking one of our post.

We stayed on FaceTime for about two hours before she had to go to bed because she had to work in the morning.

I turned my notifications off for Instagram and plugged my phone in to charge. I closed the dark grey curtains hanging in front of my very large window. And with that. I went to bed.
