Chapter 7

Hey everybody, i've been working on this for a little while. Recently i've been getting a few more people looking at my story and that has given me a bit more insparation to get up and write.

Chapter 7

Lex’s POV

1 year later:

Juvie was pretty easy to navigate once you knew what to do, it was like a really rough version of high school; only there weren’t any class and you could be targeted pretty much any time of the day. I never really fit in when it came to high school ether, so you could imagine how I fared here.

Titan was really the only friend I had; after all I never interacted with someone unless needed. I prided myself on my new persona; I was a cold loner bitch.

It was fairly useful; people left me alone and only targeted me when Titan wasn’t around with me, which was hardly ever. However when they did get the courage to corner me, I told them to fuck off and depending on how far they wanted to push me, I generally punched their nose in as well. Their dogs don’t do anything but growl angrily, the girls never let them off their leash, seeing as a dog bite saw your dog being taken away if they ever found out who it was; most girls didn’t want to run the risk.

Due to, me being apparently ‘weak,’ most of the time they make up a story, one where I wasn’t involved. I’ve never even acted weak in this place; they just labelled me this because I never did anything to show them I wasn’t. I still trained, but only in my cell room where no one could see. It was a small area so it was a bit hard, it only got harder as time passed and Titan got bigger.

I saw a very large intelligence inside Titan, so as soon as I could I got working on silent signals. Every day we had puppy school, in there we would learn a verbal command and when I did a verbal command I would make a symbol with my hand; almost straight away he got the idea of what I was showing him. With a flick of my hand he could attack someone, not that I was letting that happen anytime soon.

Today is the big day, exactly one year since that fateful day in court and now Titan and I are walking from this place without a care in the world. I’ve served my small time, spent a birthday inside and now like a delayed present, they are giving me back everything I had on me the day I was taken in. Also now I was one step closer to attaining my goal, one that I made at the beginning of the year.

I changed into my old clothes, I’ll admit they were a little bit dusty, but they still fit like a charm.

Oh, how I missed wearing these.

I was waiting in the reception room when I saw 2 guards walking towards me, inside I smirked darkly.

“Oh, this is great!” I said in a sweet child-like voice, “little old me getting two guards!” They look at me like I was retarded. I must have been a sight, a 17 year old girl with white waist length hair and wearing black clothes, with a  huge wolf-dog, which easily came up to her belly button; on a leash.

They fell in place behind me and walked me on the path I have only ever seen once, and that was when I was coming into juvie. Outside of the fence you could see the girls in their exercise hour; I turned to face them just before hopping into the car.

“See you round motherfuckers!” I yelled, giving Titan a hand signal he started to howl. The guards cursed and yanked me into the car, Titan jumping in after me while giving the man a glare.

“Just because you got out of juvie doesn’t mean that you’re free,” one said.

Tch, like I didn’t know that dickheads.
