Queen Kalama of the planet Ignado(sucky planet name, I know -3-')
This is Flame's "mother", who's blood Dr. Gerald inserted into Flame. She's a queen of a volcanic planet outside of the solar system. She too has fire powers, but they aren't red in color like Flame's fire is.
