Nightmares

I tend to have nightmares almost every night so I try to keep myself awake for as long as I can, so I avoid sleeping. This probably isn't healthy at all but it's something that has been happening for a couple of weeks now. School starts in about two weeks so I don't know how I'm gonna fix my shitty sleep schedule in time for school.
