As soon as I walked through my house door, I was firmly pushed to the ground. whipping my head, the sight if my parents baring over me was all I could see. Their fangs were showing as well as their red eyes turning black, indicating that they were hungry.

Suddenly, realisation struck them and they backed away. Their eyes went back to their normal crimson red and their fangs retracted.

"I'm so sorry sweety! you have human scent all over you let's get you changed" my mother soothing voice cooed while pulling me up and hugging me.

"It's fine, I'm guessing your really hungry?" I asked earning a wild nod from mother and father. "A friend at school told me about the park/forest which we live next to. Apparently, lots of kids are scared of it so hardly anyone goes in there. Perfect place to hunt?" I explained with a smile on my face.

Once my mother and father are strong again, I won't have to hunt for the both of them as well as me. I can't wait for that day.

"I get it, find some helpless alone teen in the park and suck him dry. Then give some blood to us." my father excitedly said earning a shocked face from me.

"NO! I'm never again drinking a human again, we have been over it!" I shouted running upstairs to my room.

I slammed the door roughly making the whole house shake.

I hate who I am.

I hate that I can't change that.

I hate that I am a vampire.

I hate it so much.

Why couldn't I be a normal human girl? I practically act like one.

I have never agreed with my parents, and probably never will.

I don't enjoy being a vampire, in fact I hate it!

Feeling the warm sensational red liquid down your throat is the best feeling you could ever have, but not if your hurting people. I am the only vampire in the world who have ever because a vegetarian (only drink animal blood).

My whole body was throbbing with pain, not to mention the head ache. My hands started to shake as I peered in my mirror, only to see my vampire self.

Quickly, I peeled my brown contacts out to show my real blood red iris. In a matter of seconds, they turned black, proving to me that I must feed.

I haven't properly feed in a while because I have been feeding my parents. I've been telling myself that I should try to have little amounts of blood instead if the litres I used to have.

I was so very wrong.

Running over to my window, opening it, I then realised that I needed to feed. I leapt out of my window landing on the floor and running to the middle of the forest.

All kinds of smells filled my nostrils but the one I wanted was the scent of deer. I ran faster towards to deer until I could see its little body.

Carefully but fast, I lunged at the deer soon feeling the sensation if the warm liquid down my throat.

I kept thinking that I should stop, or I will drink about an litre which is not what I want. But the beast was in

control now, wether I liked it or not.

After a while I looked down at the lifeless body of the deer. There still might be enough blood left for my parents, I thought as I grabbed the body and ran back, as fast as I could.

Nothing much happened for the last couple of days. School was okay , I guess. Me and Ethan have gotten close and are good friends now, same with Paris and the others. The downside is that already five guys have asked me out, three I haven't even met before too!
