HongIce AU where Emil lives across the road from a Chinese food place that is run by Leon and his family (So Yao, Mei and so on) and Emil being lazy af regularly gets food from there when he's home alone or just cba to cook or something and Leon being the way he is starts so not low-key flirting with him and doing dumb stuff like casually asking Emil's name since 'if we're gonna see each other regularly we might as well like, have a  conversation or something' and then they try to socialise n shit and Leon's basically like 'lmao anyone ever told you that you're not good at talking to people's and Ice just kinda bites his lips and kinda shrinks in to his hoodie and apologises and Leon's like 'Nah it's all good, just try harder next time' winks, and slips him his number like a smooth little fucker.
So they're all having a great time with texting n shit and Emil's honestly just glad to have a friend even if he does find it kinda weird and it's obvious to every God damn person other than him that that's not what's going on. Anyways it all stays pretty platonic much to Leon's and actually at this point Emil's disappointment too because yay for developing feelings n whatever till one day Emil calls in at the food place like 'I hate to say this considering that I live right across the road but I'm horribly I'll and I really need food I'm gonna need you to deliver and Leon obviously pretty much jUmps at the chance and ends up taking care of a sick Icey who really tries to get him to go back to work but hah no he fails and Leon gets to spend some Quality Time™ with him which is gr8. So a few days later Emil comes back in to the place as usual and feels super indebted and basically asks what he can do to repay him and at first Leon's like 'lol just keep coming back here stay a regular customer or some shit idk' but Emil doesn't feel like that's enough so Leon decides fuck it let's go for it and asks him out but is all like 'I understand if you're like, straight or something lmao' even though his Gaydar™ has been going off the moment the blonde little fuck walked in to the store. Emil's pretty surprised by all this of course but he does his usual I'm going to 'shrink into my sweater now' thing and kinda blushes and manages to fumble around with his words enough to say yes and then they date and it's super fucking gay and yep that's how they got together or something the end bye
