Daniel;
I was sitting in my room, chilling and I heard the front door open. I soon realized it was Sarah, Brittany, and Josleni. Mainly because of their loud a-s voices. I rolled my eyes, and headed down the stairs.
"Do y'all have to be so loud?" I barged into the living room.
"If we want to be" Brittany shot back. I swear she erks me sometimes.
"Anyways, ma' said she needs you to go to the store" Brittany informed me.
"By myself?" I questioned Brittany. I already knew she had a billion things for me to get.
"I'll go, I gotta' get something anyway" Josleni offered. Which was something I wasn't going to deny, have you seen her? Tuh! Don't front you know she bad. I followed behind her out the house, and we headed to the grocery store.
A tornado flew around my room before you came, excuse the mess it made, it usually doesn't rain, in Southern California much like Arizona
Frank Ocean's 'Thinking About You', boomed through the car speakers, as we pulled into the WalMart parking-lot. I listened as Josleni sung along, she had a beautiful voice. We finally hopped out the car, and headed inside.
"So, I'll get the food and you get the toiletries," Josleni told me, about to walk off into the store.
I stopped her," How about I get the food and you get the toiletries?"
She slapped me in the forehead and grabbed my arm. Guess that means we'll both be getting everything together.
We were in the toilet paper isle, when I "accidentally" knocked down a few packages of toilet paper. Josleni rolled her eyes and bent down to pick them up. Once her head was down, I "accidentally" dropped some again. It landed on her head.
"You better stop with that clumsy sh_t," she said with an attitude as she put the last roll up. I grabbed her arm and pressed her against a shelf. I then pressed my forehead against hers.
"Or else?" I challenged.
She breathed heavily and stared at me with her chocolate brown eyes. They were beautiful, yet scary. But more beautiful than scary.
"Or else I'm gonna do this."
I quickly moved my hands from her arms to my area. DANG! I did the potty dance pose with my legs locked together. I bounced a little trying to ease the pain. That fu_k_ng hurt!
"Why'd you do that?" I questioned her angrily.
"Because I did. Now come on so we can finish."
She walked away like a boss, and I realized if I wanted her, I was gonna have to try harder.
Rhea;
I woke up too see Langston's head resting on my lap, whoa. I don't even remember falling asleep. I looked at the window, and saw it had got dark. But I wasn't tripping my big brother Lance said he was going to be staying the night with his girlfriend so, I was in the good with this one. I grabbed my phone, to check it.
No missed called.
No texts.
That's not normal, usually Justin would have blown my phone up! I decided to call and see what he was doing.
"Hello?" A female answered.
"Who are you?!" I yelled into the phone, waking Langston up.
"Tuh, I should be asking you the same" She sassed.
"Look, where's Justin at?" I asked in rage.
"Right beside me, in his bed" She said, laughing a little. Ugh! I didn't even respond, I just hung up.
"Come on, we got a trip to make" I demanded Langston, I rushed through the front door. I was halfway to the car, when I felt a tug on my arm.
"Stop" Langston turned me to face him.
"What do you mean stop? My boyfriend is laid up in bed with some h-e, and you expect me to be cool with it?" I amped.
"Look, I understand that you're mad. A'ight? But I'm not going to let you fight over someone like him. He's not worth it" Langston tried to calm me. My eyes began to water, I looked away, so he wouldn't see my weak side. He turned my face to his gently.
"Pretty girls don't cry over things like this" He wrapped his arms around my waist and I did the same to him, as I burried my face in his neck. He smelled so good. He broke the hug, and took me by my hand, back into the house.
"You want to stay the night? Or will your brother cause problems?" Langston asked me.
"Just have me home in the morning" I replied. I then felt his lips crash into mine, and he swiftly picked me up, and carried me up the stairs.
