Chapter 4

(Selena's P.O.V)

I groaned trying to find a cute outfit for tonight.
Tonight I was going to meet up with Josh. Yeah he asked me out for like a friendly get together, I'm guessing. A date is fine. I don't mind, he's really cute. I smiled finding a cute outfit,I put it aside as I walked to my vanity table doing my hair, I straightened it, it was pin straight. I put on some makeup, not a lot as always. I pulled out my sandals slipping them on. I jogged downstairs seeing my mom and my step dad but I call him my dad since he treats me like his own daughter.

"Hey guys'' I smiled at them, my mom turned around.

"Oh hey why so dressed up...I thought you were going to stay home?'' she said looking at me.

"Oh i'm going out'' I paused, she raised her eyebrows. "With Josh'' I responded.

"Oh Josh'' my mom said silently making me smile.

"mom really?'' I wined.

"What I didn't say anything'' she shrugged. I rolled my eyes sitting on the couch pulling out my Iphone. I went on twitter and started to re-tweet some stuff, and talk to some of my fans.

I walked out of my room hearing my mom call me saying Josh was here. I skipped downstairs and saw Josh standing by the door way, I walked by him.

"Hey Josh'' I hugged him.

"Oh hey Selena, wanna go?'' he asked.

"Uh yeah, bye guys'' I turned to my parents.

"Bye honey stay safe guys have fun'' my dad said.

"Thanks bye'' I walked out the door with Josh closely behind, I walked to his car waiting for him to open the door but he didn't, he just went to his side and got in. I frowned slightly and got in. Justin always used to open the door for me. I guess I have to accept that people are not always the same. I buckled my seat belt and he drove off.

"So where are we going?'' I asked.

"To some restaurant then a walk to the beach'' he said making me nod.

"That sounds great'' I smiled making him smile. He drove for a while until he reached a fancy place, but it wasn't quiet or anything. Their was a ton of paparazzi, a lot of girls. I furrowed my eyebrows.

"They knew we were coming?'' I asked.

"No'' he breathed, he parked in the back, I got out and noticed a white car that looked like Justi- I shook it off, I need to stop. He came to my side as I got out and put his arm around my waist as we walked to the enterance, the crowd went wild and the paparazzi took more pics then ever. I was blinded but we quickly got in. We walked to the women that was infront.

"Hutcherson'' Josh said quietly. The women nodded.

"Follow Me'' she smiled as she walked to the very back. She sat us in a private area, not really because their was some people but they looked important and fancy, don't judge me I just think this way. We sat and she left saying she's coming shortly. I looked around gasping...I saw Justin, but not by himself with a girl. It was barbara palvin. I sighed, I knew there was something going on between them..I couldn't trust Justin when he was around her. As much as I wanted to trust him my heart told me not to.

"Selena are you okay'' Josh said putting his hand on top of mine, I looked at him and smiled slightly.

"I'm okay, I was just thinking'' I said making him nod.
