Chapter 14

(Selena's P.O.V)

After changing I slipped on my converse and put my hair in the high ponytail and didn't even want to put on makeup, I usually put light makeup but since I'll be with Demi I don't care she's doesn't judge me. I walked downstairs with my Iphone in my hands, I came down seeing my mom and dad sitting on the couch.

"Guys I'll be going out with Demi'' I said as my mom smiled looking at me.

"It's been a really long time since you two hung out, tell her I said hi'' my mom said.

"I will she's actually coming to pick me up'' I stated as I heard the doorbell ring.

"I guess thats her,' I said as I opened the door seeing Demi squealing I hugged her tightly.

"Demiiiiii I missed you so much'' I pulled away.

"I've missed you too, ready?'' she asked as I nodded.

"Yeah mom wants to say hi'' I said as my mom came in the doorway hugging Demi, they talked for a while then my mom hugged her once more then walked back inside.

"Lets go'' I said and walked out the door, I noticed she came in her car so I sat in the passenger seat, she walked to her side and drove off.

"Where to?'' I asked as she glanced at me.

"First starbucks then my place to chill and catch up'' she said as I smiled nodding.

"This is why I love you Dems it's because you do simple things and I love simple things'' I said as she smiled nodding.

"I know, I know'' she said brushing off her shoulders laughing lightly she went through the driveway and ordered what we usually order, which was our caramel frappe's.

"I'm paying'' she said looking at me knowing I would say something.

"Broo I want to pay'' I whined as she stared at me.

"No don't bro me'' she sassed making me laugh she pulled up to the windows then payed and took the order.

"Thanks I love you'' I said putting the straw in my frappe'.

"I love you too'' she smiled and drove off. She drove off to her house, then got out the car I got out as well and followed her, she unlocked the door and got in with me right behind her. We sat on the couch across from each other, I set my frappe' on the table and looked at her.

"So whats up with your life?'' she asked as I shrugged.

"Uh nothing much really, I gotta record a new song tomorrow then go to tour with my ex boyfriend the next day'' I shrugged as she gazed at me cracking a smile.

"So you two actually broke up? I thought you two were like infinity'' she said as I shrugged.

"Yeah i know''

"What happened?'' she asked.

"Honestly I dont know, its not that I didn't trust him or anything it's just everything was hectic and I couldn't handle the stress it was way too much'' I explained.

"So you trusted him...what happened to your trust issues they finally went away thank goodness'' she said.

"Noo they didn't I still have em' I trusted him and I didn't trust him- it was complicated'' I rolled my eyes.

"Okay okay, don't talk about Justin now how about josh hutcherson ohhhh'' she winked as I giggled throwing a pillow at her.

"Shut up nothing's going on'' I said truthfully as she laughed.

"Yeahhhhhh sure'' she chucked a pillow at me. This is the things I miss about Demi, her silliness and just everything about her. She honestly is my rock and I can't live without her, and she's so amazing I love her. Thats what a bestfriend is for right? for times like this.
