I cant believe I was going to Hogwarts! What am I going to do? My father and I live in the small village of Hogsmeade and we did not have very much money especially when I am entering my first year at Hogwarts. Thank goodness Hogsmeade is close, but I still needed to ride the train to Hogwarts. Being a half-blood meant I knew about some magic. My mother was a witch and I honestly wish she could see me now. Entering my first year of Hogwarts... Sh would be proud! I was in my room pondering my letter. It had all my school supplies in it and how to get on to Platform 9 and 3/4. I wonder if they always had the directions to get on to the platform. Either too many people got lost or ran into other people entering the platform. I needed my school supplies so I walked out of my cottage and and entered the enchanted land of the wizarding world.
