So it's day two of my camping trip and I have been very successful in my fishing.
I was able to catch a large bass and some rainbow trout. Gutting the fish always is kinda dangerous while camping cause you could attract all kinds of dangerous wild life your way.
I felt safe enough though, my food was hanging by a tree where no raccoons could get to it and I slept with my rifle close at hand so I didn't think I'd be in too much trouble.
I just hope that if something does come my way that they don't scratch my truck. So much of my life savings went into that thing that I honestly thought that I wouldn't be able to move out of the house but lo and behold I am.
My girl friend called me yesterday while fishing and was so jealous that I caught so many fish. You see me and my girl friend Stacey are very competitive with our activities. We strive for greatness.
I put some fish to cook while I write this and it smells delicious. While I love fish the one thing I've always hated about it was the fact that if you eat too fast you might swallow a piece of rib or bone which by all means is not good for your health.
I got to go so that I can painfully eat my fish slowly. Maybe I should take out all the meat without the bones first so that I can eat in piece... Nah too lazy. Hope I don't choke on bone. Mason out.
