Sumedh and Nishka's romantic love story

Yay! A quick update...!!! I updated other parts with Taylor Swift's name as Taylor Swift. I didn't like Sandra Swift, so I updated the name.

Next Day

Nishka's POV 
"Sumu wake up! Nothing will happen to you. Listen boy! Wake up! God save him! God please save him. He's my life. Please save him." I shouted at the top of my voice. "Sumedh! Get up! Somebody call the doctor! Please get up! Please somebody call the doctor! Sumedh be strong man wake up" Rohan shouted. Riya got a glass of water. I sprinkled on his face as he's lying on my lap unconsciously. I am really very tensed. He's not responding to this one also. "I think we should take bhayya to the hospital Nish." Kajal said. "You're right kaju. We shall. Rohan take this car keys and start the car immediately." I shouted. Riya saw me with a poker face. Rohan called Riya that he took the car. We rushed there anad took Sumedh to the hospital. "Doctor! Emergency!" Siddharth shouted at the top of his voice. Doctor came. "What happened?" He asked. "He's lying unconsciously from the morning doctor." I shouted at the top of my voice. "Nurse, take him to the emergency room and you people be here. Don't come inside." The doctor said. "Okay" Meera said softly. What happened to my Sumedh? God please save him. I can't loose him. Why is he lean? Why he became like that? I can't see him like that! God please. The doctor came out from the emergency room. "Food poision" he said. I fell on the chair and started sobbing keeping my palms to my face. Riya sat beside me and consoled. I am able to hear what ever is happening outside. "What did he eat yesterday?" The doctor asked. "Some party food and red wine." Meera replied. "Then that party food effected him. He should be under observation. You can go and see him. But silently." He said and left. I ran to his room. I hugged him and cried. "Sumedh you should eat carefully." I whispered in his ear. "I will baby." He too whispered and opened his eyes. "Sumu! Oh my god! I love you!" I said and "I was really very tensed you know! What if happens anything to yo? What would I do? I can't live without you sumu!" I said and cried hugging him. "I love you too. I too can't imagine my life without you Nishi." He said. We kissed. "Break it!" Shanaya said entering the room as everyone came inside before. We were so involved in each other that we didn't notice anyone coming inside. Shanaya went out with Taylor. "Sumu! Omg! Thank God you are safe. I'm happy" she said and hugged. "Nothing will happen to me Shannu di." He said. As soon as I saw Taylor I turned my face to Sumu and started blushing. He saw me and giggled. Doctor came. "So finally Sumedh!" He said and "you woke up. How are you?" He asked. "Fine sir." He said. "We need to take an X-ray of your stomach." The doctor said. "Fine doctor. So shall we go out now?" Shanaya asked. "No need to go out. We have  room for  X-ray." He said and laughed. "Nishi" Sumedh saw me and pouted. "I'll come with you." I said.

Sumedh's POV
So I had a food poision. Sumu don't eat much. Hehe! I giggled. "What?" Nishka asked. I shook my head. "Fine done with the X-ray. The reports will be in an hour. You can go to your ward and take rest." He said and I shook my head. Nishka took me to the ward and everyone were waiting there for us. "Sumu beta? Seriously?" Sid saw me with a poker face. I laughed out. Nishka saw Sid seriously and went to Riya. "What seriously?" I asked. "You and Nishka are in a secret relationship?" He asked. "Of course we are in a secret relationship." I said. "From when?" Rohan asked. "From the day when we first kissed." I giggled. "So bhai!" Rohan hugged me. "We both became brothers!!!" I squealed. Riya hugged Nishka. But she broke that hug and went away. But why did she go away? What happened?  Why is she upset?

Nishka's POV
Did he just make our relationship official! That too in front of that Taylor bitch! I hate that moment! That's why I came out. "Nishu! Nishu!" Riya came running followed by Kajal and Meera. "Why did you come like that?" Meera asked. "Is there any problem for you if I come our without telling anyone?" I shouted. "But why should you come out like that?" Kajal Shouted. "Coz I didn't like sumu making our relationship official in front of that bitch." I shouted at the top of my voice. Siddharth came running. "Nishi this is a hospital. Don't shout." He said. "Yeah hospital..!!" I said "my foot!" I shouted and took Kajal and Meera and went outside. I think Riya got disappointed. We went to Starbucks and sat there.  "So you hate me" I heard a voice and I turned back. I saw Taylor.  "You ruined my life. Because of you I'm here now. I'm like this because of you." I shouted. Kajal md Meera got shocked. Taylor broke into tears. "But what did I do to you? I didn't ruin your life nor I didn't just hate you for nothing. But why are you hating me?" She asked crying. I ran from there followed by Kajal. Meera is with Taylor.
