I got out of the shower and changed into the clothes I had brought with my into the bathroom, I put on some light make up as I was only driving and said goodbye to my mum, she started tearing up, I also said goodbye to my step dad he just said bye, not giving a shit about me anyway.

I set off, driving in my light blue mini, my mum brought me this car for my 18th birthday, I still love it. I have a long drive down to London so I plug my phone into my car and start to play some Five Seconds Of Summer, I LOVE THEM SO MUCH.

After driving for about 2 hours I stop off at some place that sells food and I park my car and walk into nandos, I used to always go to with my mum so it felt weird being there on my own, But I soon got over it. I went to order my food and just sat down in the only place available which was opposite some boy who looked around 19, that was too busy on his Apple Mac to even notice me sitting near him. I take a sip of my coke and place it back down on the table making a slight noise. The un-named stranger looks up at me. "Uh when did you get here?" He said confused. I look at him in disbelief, "I've been here for like 10 minutes, you really didn't hear me?" I say kinda hesitantly. "No, I was editing a video. Anyway, I'm Simon Minter" he says smiling at me. "I'm Katie Taylor, What can be so interesting on your Computer that you don't even notice me?" I say letting out a light laugh. "Well if you didn't know who I am, I am a YouTuber, My YouTube channel is MiniMinter and I have another YouTube channel with my 6 friends were called The Sidemen" he replies showing me his Mac. "Wait you have over 4 million subscribers and your what 19?" I say in disbelief. "Well I'm actually 23 and yeah have a lot of people that support my videos" he says causally. "So your a big deal then?" I say playing it cool. But secretly I knew who he was, I knew everything about him and the other sidemen, I left my sidemen hoodie in the car, so Simon doesn't need to know any of this. "I guess you could say that.." He replies looking back down to his computer. "Well it was nice to meet you Simon but I have to carry on driving down to London.." I say finishing up my meal. "Your headed to London? I need to go there but my lift won't be here for another hour.." I says with a light smirk. "Well.. If you really want I could give you a lift " I say with a friendly smile. "That would be amazing.." He says getting up and giving me a hug. We start to walk back to my car just talking about my life, I tell him how I've just moved to London and he tells me how he's just come from Leeds as well, but he was visiting his family.

We get to the car and we both get in, I start driving. "Katie!!" Simon shouts. I jump startled because of Simon. "Simon you just scared the shit out of me!! What?!" I say holding my heart. "You didn't tell me you knew who I was!!" We says frowning and holding up my sidemen hoodie. I turn bright red of embarrassment "I didn't want you to think I was some crazy fan" I say taking the jumper away from him. "I love all my fans and we're friends now so it doesn't matter" he says smiling, I smile back at him and carry on listening to Five Seconds Of Summer.
