(Seon Deok vs Shi Woo)
Seon Deok had wanted to see how much she had improved while she had been away. She thought that she would be able to beat him but in the end she failed. Lying on the floor nursing her side she noticed her friend behind Shi Woo observing them. Angrily she stood up brushing away Shi Woo's hands. "Yah, Seo Min Ah!" Her friend looked up while Shi Woo turned around.
"Beat him for me will ya!" saying that she stormed off moodily. Min Ah watched as her friend brushed past Shi Woo tripping him on her way out. He immediately fell to the floor and the bewildered face he made was amusing to watch. "Yah, Shim Seon Deok!" he yelled at her. "What's with her?" he asked Min Ah.
Ignoring that she asked "So you have improved while I was away. Let's see how much." She immediately began a mock fight with him.
She noticed that she had to put a little more effort than she ever had when she fought against others. He had improved a lot.
After they mock sparred for some time she explained her theory to Shi Woo
"So you're saying that defensive martial arts are more favourable than offensive martial arts? For example like, Hapkido or Taekikwon?"
Min Ah nodded. "The techniques for offensive is very diverse. But it's easy to predict the next act because you can see it coming. Even if you move up the ranks in the competition, it takes too much of your energy. "
"But if you're on the defensive, it's pretty much a mind game. So basically defense is the best offense."
Min Ah sighed as she her hand help up her chin. "Actually that's something that Tae Ho sunabe taught me." She was inwardly startled when she felt Shi Woo's hand brushing back stray hairs that had come out of her braid. He tucked her hair behind her ear and let his hand lie on her shoulder. She could feel that he was trying to distract her from Tae Ho sunbae. 'So you're jealous huh.' she thought. "What was his specialty?" he asked. "Tae Kwon Do like Seon Deok" she said with a pout but immediately cheered up "But he's also good in my specialty too., Choi Kwan Do. And he's pretty much good at everything. He's a genius." she praised him.
"By any chance.." Shi Woo said as Min Ah looked at him. "Do you like him?"
"Well, there isn't any girl in this school who hasn't fallen for his gorgeous looks, amazing personality and mesmerizing brown eyes ..." Min Ah trailed off when she saw Shi Woo's face. He was pouting so cutely! She felt bad. "Well, that's not what I meant. I mean he is good looking and all with he gentleman personality-" She was cut off by Shi Woo's irritated comment. "No need to go in-depth. You're flustered and blushing so it's true."
Min Ah stifled a laugh at his cute actions. She had meant to downplay her crush but had ended up fangirling over him. She decided to ease up one him "But there's this other guy."
"Another guy!" exclaimed Shi Woo. She ignored him and continued "He is sweet, kind, funny, cute, handsome-"
"I get it, you don't have to exaggerate." Shi Woo grumbled. "But I'm really annoyed at him." she said.
"Why?" Shi Woo asked curiously. "He still hasn't popped the question." she said frustratedly.
"Question? You want him to ask you to marry him?" he said incredulously. Min Ah didn't reple hoping that he would get it.
"Who is this guy?" Shi Woo demanded. "Don't you remember? He's my guy friend, Kim Yoon Shik who has hearing disabilities. Anyway I'm going to wash up. Sleep well."
"Yah Seo Min Ah! You're kidding right?" Shi Woo asked anxiously. A giggle was his only reply.

The next day all were having breakfast prepared by Seon Deok and Min Ah. "I wanted to come back here because of this meal" Tae Ho said sitting down. "Let's see if my favorite girls have improved in cooking." Seon Doek who was sitting on the left side of Min Ah rubbed her hands. At the words 'favourite girls" Min Ah could feel Shi Woo glaring at Tae Ho sunbae. She still couldn't believe that he hadn't realized that he was the guy she had talked of last night. Unbelievable.
(Same conversation takes place)
"Seon Deok, enjoy. You too, MIn Ah." Tae Ho said as Shi Woo looked at Min Ah disbelief for smiling at Tae Ho sunbae brightly.

That night Min Ah spotted Shi Woo lying on the floor. She slowly crept up to him when he said without opening his eyes "Seo Min Ah?" he guesses. "Wow, you're getting good at sensing things."
He sat up and as he did Min Ah asked concerned. "Did something happen?" He didn't reply but held his hand out for hers. She complied and he held her hand against his heart. "Don't eat the food some other man gives you,especially the egg rolls"he said referring to breakfast where Tae Ho sunbae had given her and Seon Deok his egg rolls.
This time Min Ah laughed "What?" Are you doing this because of that?" "Yes" he replied grumpily looking the other way as she released a small laugh. "Okay. I won't eat it the next time" she said trying to appease him. He immediately looked at her with a big smile on his face. "Should I not even look at Tae Ho Sunbae again?" She jokingly suggested. "Were you thinking about looking at him?" he asked in a panic. She just smiled.
"But why should I? As far as I know, we are just friends and I'm free to stare at Tae Ho sunbae's sculpted six pack ...." She was cut off by Shi Woo placing his hand over her mouth. He looked annoyed and at the same time nervous. "That's why I'm asking you this now. Will you be mine?"
Min Ah didn't answer and as Shi Woo began to get worried she replied with a peck on the lips. "That's my answer. Let's go. It's cold." She turned to get up but Shi Woo pulled her onto his lap.
"Don't get injured Seo Min Ah." he whispered near her ear. She nodded as they stood up hand in hand when Shi Woo asked something that had been nagging in his head for awhile. "Shouldn't you call me oppa now?" "When were you born?" She asked. "December 30th, 1994." he replied.
"I was born on the 8th of January 1993. I'm nearly two years older than you." Shi Woo was shocked. He thought she was younger than him. "Does it feel weird to date a noona?" Min Ah asked softly looking away from him. He immediately made her face him holding her face to stop her from turning away. "I like you just the way you are." he said ending it with a kiss on her forehead. She blushed and they stared at each other for some time until a gust of cold wind swept through the room making them shiver in cold.
"Come on." she said and they made their way out of the room still holding hands.
