Sophie's POV

I smiled as I waited for Simon to get back from his trip. He had recently visited America. I could hear a car door slam shut, and then the front door opened. "Hey babe!" I exclaimed. But he didn't respond he just ignored me and made his way toward our room. He must be tired...I thought. But I wanted to talk to him, I made my way toward the room. "Simon? Are you okay?" Once again, he didn't respond. "Simon?" I asked again, and just as I thought he didn't answer me. I couldn't help but get a little angry, Why isn't he answering me? "Simon, why are you ignoring me? Was it something I did?" I exclaimed raising my tone. And he didn't respond he just continued putting away his clothes. "Simon. Please tell me what I did!" I exclaimed. "Will you just be quiet?" He screamed back at me. I jumped a little, Simon has never yelled at me like that before. "God, It's like you won't shut up!" He screamed. "I was just wondering why you were ignoring me!" I exclaimed, I could feel the sting of tears in my eyes. "I was ignoring you, to see if you would shut up for once!" He screamed at me. "I-I." I started but then stopped myself. "If y-you really think I'm that annoying then maybe I'll just leave." I sniffed in and wiped away a tear. "Fine." He said. I nodded, and began to gather my things. And Simon didn't stop me, he didn't wrap his arms around me, he didn't do anything. I left the house, and beagn to walk toward one of my closetest friends house. With tears, and make-up stained on my cheeks.

Simons POV

I say in my room, next to my open suit case. I held my head on my hands, as I cried. I let her leave. Why didn't I stop her? I looked up from my hands as I heard my phone buzz. I couldn't help but hope it was Sophie, but it wasn't. It was JJ, I sighed and answered my phone. "Hey, Simon! Want to come over?" JJ asked. His usual excited voice rang through the phone. "No thanks JJ." I said. "Your loss mate!" He said, and then he hung up. I looked at my phone, and I pulled up one of Sophie's pictures. Her Ombrè hair, her beautiful ocean blue eyes I already missed them. I made the biggest mistake in the world.

~Several Months later~

Sophie's POV

"Come on Sophie. You need to go outside, you've stayed in this room ever since you and Simon broke up." My friend Allie said. I grumbled, "Come on it's Summer. Summer is about going outside!" Allie said. I grumbled, and sat up. "Fine, just let me take a shower, and get dressed." I said. "Alright!" She said and left my room.

~A few minutes later~

I looked in the mirror, I was dressed in a stripped crop top, with some jean short over-rals, and my blue Converse. I let my Ombrè hair fall straight. I walked out into the kitchen and grabbed an apple, "You ready? Let's go take a walk." Allie said. I nodded, and I munched down on my apple. We made our way toward a little park. I noticed that Ethan was there, along with the other boys. Talking to a hooded figure, I gulped as we walked past them. "Hey, wait. Sophie!" Josh exclaimed as he jogged to me. "Uhh. Hi Josh." I said. "I'm gonna go talk to that cute boy over there. Good luck." Allie said. "Sophie. Listen Simon is hurting so bad without you. I've never seen him this hurt over a girl before." Josh said. I looked over toward the hooded figure, it was Simon. He looked horrible, bags under his eyes, his blood shot eyes, his pale face. I made my way toward him, he stood up. "Hey." I said. "Sophie. I'm sorry." Simon said sadly. "It's fine Simon." I said. He smiled, and wrapped his arms around me. I laughed, and rested my head on his chest. "I was really tired." He said. "I know." I said. He moved me a little and lifted up my chin so that I was looking at him. He then placed his lips on mine. Gosh, I missed that. I missed him.
