Ricky

I'd been stuck in bed for the past few days but that's ok. Me and Ryan had been cuddling and watching movies on his laptop. He had to leave a few times to help with some things at the bar but otherwise he stayed in bed with me. I was grateful for everything he'd done for me. If only I could return the favor.

I was feeling a lot better so I started cleaning up. I put some dinner together and looked for more to do. Ryan wasn't a very messy person so there wasn't much. I sit on the couch and wait for him to get back.

The door unlocks and I rush to take his coat.

"I made some dinner for you."

"Thank you doll." He kisses my forehead. "Thank you for cleaning to, it looks good in here."

I smile and set the table, he tried to help but I shoed him away. We are our dinner in peaceful silence.

"Ricky can i ask you something?"

"Hmm." I look up at him.

He gets up and crouches next to my chair. Taking my hands in his he asks. "Will you be my boyfriend?"

I freeze in shock, "yea." I stutter. "I'd love to." I wrap my arms around his neck. He picks me up, "one more question, can I kiss you."

I nod, he slowly leans in and connects our lips. His were so warm and soft. I kiss back, deepening the kiss. It felt so good to be wanted again.

I sat in the snow. The car was upside down and I couldn't see my family anywhere. I crawl towards the car and stop at the red snow. Not far from it layed my mother. Her head was bleeding but her eyes were still open.

"Momma get up, its cold." There was no response. Paramedics came and took her away. The set me in the back of an ambulance with a blanket and asked me lots of questions. I kept crying for my mom, dad and sister but they weren't coming. They never would.

I wake up sobbing, Ryan was rubbing my back asking what was wrong. I crawl into his lap, I'd show him tommorow.

"Just pull in right here, I know the way." I walked Ryan to my parents and sisters graves. I came here a lot.

"They died in a car crash when I was ten."

"I'm sorry Angel." I set my head on his chest.

"They're in a better place now. I have one more place to show you."

I have him stop in front of an old orphanage where I lived until I was kicked out at eighteen. He stared at it.

"That's why I felt you were so familiar when we first met."

"What do you mean?"

"My parents died when I was a baby. I'd been adopted soon after you came. You probably don't remember, you were so scared at the time." He holds my hand.

"Funny how things work out."

He kisses me and drives again. This time to a mall. "Lead the way."

I held his hand and walked, we got some wierd looks but paid no attention. I'd been wanting to dye my hair so I picked one out and an eyeliner pencil.

"That it?"

"Yup."

"How about these." He holds up some band shirts.

"Ooh yes."

Ryan

I squirt the dye in Rickys hair. He kept laughing because it tickled. It was getting every where, I'm not the best beautician either.

After his hair was washed and dried it looked gorgeous on him. He'd lined his eyes in black making his eyes pop. The contrast of black hair, pale skin and blue eyes was beautiful.

"What are you staring at."

"My gorgeous boyfriend." I pick him up.

"Nah that's you." He kisses my cheek.

I kiss him so he can't keep saying he wasn't. I'd make him realize he was soon enough.
