Meeting you

Peridot's POV
I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock beeping in my ears. I got up ,took a shower,and put on my clothes. I put on a green flannel shirt with some ripped jeans(Made like that) and some black Jordans.

I quickly ate my cereal,grabbed my bag and ran out the door."Bye Mom!" I said as I left. "Bye sweetie,have fun!" She said. Yeah,have fun at school. I got in my car a drove to school. This is my last year in high school so I was happy about that. When I got to school,I saw some of my friends Amethyst,Pearl,Garnet,Steven,Ruby and Sapphire. I quickly ran over to them. "Hey guys!" I said. "Wassup,P-dot!?" Amethyst said. "Hello Peridot!" Pearl said. "Hey Peri!" Ruby said. "Nice to see you again,Peridot!" Sapphire said. "Hey Peri! How you doin'!?" Steven said. He's a little young,he's in the 9 grade. "Howdy" Garnet said. She doesn't talk much. "I haven't seen you guys in forever!" I said. "Yeah,it's been so long since we last saw you!" Steven said. The bell rung so loud I jumped and fell on Garnet. "Sorry,Garnet. I said. "It's ok." She said.

I took out my schedule,said bye to my friends and dashed down the hall to math. I love math so this will be fun. I got in the class and sat down. Everybody was talking so I sat down next to a girl with blue hair,a shirt like mine but it was blue,some blue converse,and some beautiful blue eyes like I can stare into them all day.

She looked so pretty...WHAT!?! NO! I DON'T EVEN LIKE GIRLS!!! She looked at me and I turned really fast. "Hi" The girl said. I turned to her and she smiled at me. I couldn't help but smile back. She had the most beautiful smile I have ever seen. "Hi" I said. She put her hand out for me to shake and said," I'm Lapis,Lapis Lazuli." I shook her hand while saying,"Peridot,nice to meet you." She had the warmest voice I had ever heard and the softest hands I had ever touched."Nice to meet you too!" She said. "Okay class," the teacher said. "My name is Mrs. Sardonyx, instead of doing math problems,we will just socialize until is over because you guys need a break after the last exams."

Everybody seemed very happy. I looked over at Lapis, who was on her phone. I took out my drawing notebook and started drawing. "Wow,that's awesome! You can really draw!" Lapis said. I blushed. I didn't think the pink lion I drew was that good. "Thanks. Can you draw?" I asked. "Not really. I tried but it looked horrible." She laughed and I giggled. She has the most adorable laugh I have ever heard. We talked and drew for the rest of the class until the bell rung. "Well I gotta go." Lapis said. "What class do you have next,Lapis?" I asked her. "Geography, you?" She said. "I have geography too! We can walk together!" I said. "Yeah! That'll be great!" She said. We walked to class and sat down together.

Me and Lapis had all the same classes so we talked all day. "So,do you have a car?" She asked me. "Yeah,I do. Need a ride?" I said. "Yeah I do." She said. We walked to my car and she was surprised. "A Lamborghini?!?" She said surprised. "Yeah,I'm kinda rich but I don't want to brag. So I keep it low-key."I said. "Cool!" I opened the car doors and she yelled so loud as she got in the car. "So,where do you live?" I asked her. "I'll direct you there." She said. It took us a long time to get to her house because I'm bad with directions. She got out my car and waved at me. "Bye! Thanks for the ride!" She said. "No prob! Bye!" I said. As I drove home I was thinking of Lapis. She's so pretty...Do I even like girls? How will I tell my parents?! Oh well...I guess I like girls,and I like Lapis. Oh boy. She's amazing.
