I walked slowly into the forest, noises echoing around me. I took a deep breath and felt at peace. I looked down and saw a baby rabbit, abandoned by its family. It didn't run away... It just...sat there, looking me in the eye. I slowly got closer to it, extending my right hand... "Its okey... I won't hurt you..." The rabbit backed up a little, still looking at me. I sighed... Nobody wants to be near me, I thought. Not even a rabbit... As I was about to turn away and leave, the rabbit came closer and sniffed my boot. I smiled, examining its pure white fur. The rabbit seemed to be female. I smiled and leaned down, gently stroking her fur. " How would you like to come with me?" I smiled. The rabbit's ears perked up and she climbed on my foot. I smiled again. "What shall I call you?" The rabbit hopped off my foot and started writing in the dirt. My eyes widen as I read the name.. Lilith...
