(Emily's eyes)

I wake up and look around tired.

I get up while Arron is still sleeping and go downstairs limping.

"Hey your not supposed to be walking Emily" Derrick says then helps me down the rest of the stairs.

"Too bad I did it anyway" I said limping over to the couch and turned on the tv.

"It's you" Zach says rolling his eyes then he sees the mark on my neck from Arron "oh I'm sorry Luna".

It confused me then I had a flashback to Arron mating me.

"You don't have to call me that I like going by my name" I say giggling.

I turn the tv on to sponge bob and they all give me looks.

"I like this tv show" I say whining.

I roll my eyes and I go to the kitchen and make breakfast for everyone.

"Your not supposed to be doing anything Emily" Trey said rolling his eyes "your injured"

"I'm fine" I said making pancakes.

Then I see black and someone presses against my back and covers my eyes.

"Arron?" I question.

"Yes beautiful" he says with his breath going near my ear.

"I can't cook when you do this" I say giggling.

"Sorry" he uncovers my eyes but doesn't move and wraps them around my waist.

I start making pancakes and he studies what I'm doing

"Do you know how to cook" I ask looking up at him.

"Um no" he says sounding embarrassed

Giggles and he looks down. I turn around and look at him smiling.

"That's okay because I didn't know how to cook till I was 17" I said.

"Really I thought girls learned all this stuff when they were little" he says raising an eyebrow

"Nope because my brothers didn't know how to cook either so how was I supposed to learn" I say

We both laugh and I go and sit at the table eating and the rest of the pack joins me.

"Soooo.... Arron" Zach says

Arron looks up at him chewing food then swallows.

"What" Arron says wiping mouth.

"We say traces of the vampire academy near the border" Zach says nervously.

Arron's eyes go wide and he slams his fists on the table. I jump a little and get ready for him to start yelling.

"What! I told you to watch him he's sneaky! Heck he could be in this house and we don't even know it!" Arron yells growling.

I huff and just looks down.

"Well we couldn't do anything we already had most of our warriors around that area and they missed him" Zach says.

"You better try harder" Arron says growling again.

I hesitate then I speak.

"Or you could just have other packs and ours watch the border and our territory till we find him" I say nervously and everyone looks at me with wide eyes. What did I just do, I think to myself.

"Well most packs don't come around our area so we don't bother with them" he says.

"But if you told them the reason why we are doing this I think they would at least help us" I say.

Arron huffs then walks away to his office.

"You are so stupid" Zach says to me.

"Well I was just throwing it out there and besides its not like you had any other plan" I say raising an eyebrow.

"Okay Zach that's enough, Emily usually we don't talk back to the alpha because we will get punished and it's not fair that you can do it and we can't so don't do that again. okay?" Derrick says to me.

"Alright but one day you'll thank me" I say standing up and limps back to my room.

I go to my room and lays down curling up.
(Arron's eyes)

"If I had more pack members I could guard the borders" I talk to myself.

I get up from my office and go to my room and see Emily.

"Hey baby girl" I say laying down wrapping arms around her.

She nuzzles her head on my chest falling asleep.

I fall asleep right after her and dream about what will happen to Emily.
