15. You like bears?

Lucas pov (😏y'all been waiting 4 dis)
after what maya said about if she had to make a choice and choosing me I was so happy I really liked her and she liked me. I think but I know she really liked Xander. we were leaving today and I haven't seen Maya at all today. I mean she is my buddy on the flight but I haven't seen her at the airport, oh well were boarding i guess I'll see her in a little bit.

Maya pov
I haven't talked to anyone,
1. I wasn't in the mood after all the Xander shit
2. I'm a female and my friend came for a visit
3. I feel sick like I have a cold or something
We were dropping off our bags and I turned and saw a HUGE teddy bear that some guy was holding. wow he must be picking up his girlfriend or something that's so sweet. 5 seconds after I turned around I got a call.
xander: hey Maya
Maya: hi listen I'm boarding I gotta g-
Xander: just turn around. you like bears?
what the shit? WAIT OH MY GOD! I quickly turned around and see him standing there with that huge teddy bear I ran up to him and gave him a huge hug.

oh my god Xander what are you doing here

I know that I screwed up and I wanted to tell you in sorry and goodbye I just hope we can still be friends

of course and thanks so much for the bear

no problem, so I'll talk to you I guess

you need me you know how to talk to me

I gave him one last hug and kiss on the cheek and waved goodbye as I walked away.

Lucas pov
YOU'VE GOTTA BE KIDDING ME AS SOON AS THINGS WITH MAYA GET GOOD THIS BOY COMES ALONG LIKE DOES HE HAVE RADAR. I started walking towards him I was pissed I was about to kill him. until I felt a hand on my chest holding me back.

I did as I was told and followed Maya over to where we were boarding.. we were quickly seated. Maya put her headphones on and put her head on my shoulder, with that she quickly fell asleep. I whispered that her and no one else could hear me.

you know blondie if it came down to it id choose you to over anyone, anything, or everything.

I rested my head on top of hers and fell asleep. I just hope that when we get back things don't change for the worst.
