Crash (Link x Reader)

A/N This is my first story I hope it turns out okay ^^ Enjoy!
I don't own Link and I don't own you!!

Waking up you immediately jump out of bed to start your day. Today was going to be amazing because yesterday, you just got your first Loftwing and you wanted to test her out and let her spread her beautiful wings. After getting dressed you grab your bow and arrows just incase you need them and head outside to the edge of your floating town.

Taking a deep breath you slowly lean forward and fall.

You felt amazing and started laughing,  you had always wanted to do this. You whistle sharply hoping your Loftwing will appear and she did, you hear her cry and swiftly catch you.

Sighing with relief you quickly grab the reins and take her to a slow leisure glide.
"This is amazing." You say to yourself as you pet the feathers on your f/c Loftwing.
"Common girl, let's get closer into town." Guiding her you circle around town, going in between buildings and overall enjoying the view you now get to experience.

You decide to start flying slightly faster thinking "Why not?" You needed some practice anyway and you wanted to see how fast you could take her. Then you hear someone call out.
"Watch out!!"
But it was too late you crash into somebody and their Loftwing before you had the chance to turn, flinging you from your Loftwing. Startled you struggle to whistle for your Loftwing but she's slightly dazed.

You begin screaming plummeting to your death until you see a beautiful red Loftwing sweeping down to catch you. You reach out and it catches you just in time and you squeeze your eyes shut and hang on to whatever you can as tightly as you can.
"Haha, you can open your eyes now."

The voice was kind so you open your eyes, and staring back at you are two bright blue eyes. Once you realize you are staring you turn slightly red, you knew this boy. His name was Link everyone knew him, he was the hero and besides the fact that hes friends with the Princess.
"L-Link! I'm really sorry! Were you the one I crashed into....?"
"Yes but don't worry about it I wasn't really paying attention."

He lands you both to safety so you hop off of his Loftwing.
Feeling embarrassed you didn't know what else to say besides to thank him. "Thank you Link.... For helping me."
Link smiles at you softly "Hey, maybe I can help you learn how to fly a Loftwing properly."
Your eyes widen slightly
"H-hey! I can fly a Loftwing perfectly fine!"
Link just smirks at you
"Fine... Maybe I need a little bit of lessons.."

Link chuckles slightly
"Great, I'll come pick you up around noon"
You nod blushing slightly. You were actually super excited to be able to get lessons with Link.
"Oh and, I don't think I caught your name?"
"Y/n"
Link smiles again making you bite your lip slightly.
"I'll see you tomorrow then Y/n."

You nodded and waved goodbye to Link before he set off on his Loftwing. You started freaking out wondering what you have done. You thought you were going to die and you hated yourself for crashing into Link of all people. You admit...you had a crush on the hero, even though he didn't know exactly who you were but you felt okay with that because you liked to admire from afar. But now you just really hope he wont find you weird.

Sighing to yourself for the last time you go off on your adventure to find your Loftwing and hope for the best for tomorrow.
