"What the hell is this, bro?" Namjoon looked down at the cold chicken leg in his hand. Jin must be joking, right?

He looked up expecting Jin to be laughing or smiling, but he wasn't. In fact, he's never looked more serious.

"Bro..." Jin whispered.

Jin didn't say much, patiently waiting for Namjoon to take a bite.

Namjoon stared at Jin a bit longer until finally bringing the chicken leg to his mouth. The cold bite of meat filled his mouth, honestly it tasted a lot better than he thought it was going to taste, and just in the heat of the moment he moaned from flavor lust.

"N-Namjoon, stop bro.." Jin stuttered out looking anywhere but at Namjoon.

"What? Can I not enjoy this cold-ass chicken leg you gave me?" Namjoon glared at him.

"Anyway, Jinnie, I'm going home for the night. See you tomorrow at school." With that said Namjoon left the café leaving the chicken leg on the counter and Jin watching him leave.

The next morning, Jin stood in front of the high school building in him and Namjoon's usual meeting spot. It wasn't until 5 minutes before the first period start Jin finally saw Namjoon strolling lazily up to him.

"BRO WE GOTTA GET TO CLASS!" Jin exclaimed.

"We'll be on time, chill out Jinnie."

Jinnie. Jin still remembered the first time Namjoon called him that...

*Flashback*

It was back in kindergarten and Jin was by the little schools doorway crying for him mom. The teacher kept trying to comfort Jin in anyway she could think, but nothing seemed to work.

That was, until, fellow classmate Kim Namjoon, tired of listening to Jin cry, decided to stop it himself.

Quickly, Namjoon walked over to Jin and places his lips on the crying boys lips to shut him up. It had ended up working. Jin immediately stopped crying and stared wide eyed at the other boy kissing him.

"Now shut up about your mom, Jinnie, and come sit down."

*End of flashback*

Jin stood there, fingers on his lips, thinking back to that moment, remembering how his first kiss felt.

"Bro, now we really are going to be late." Namjoon complained and grabbed Jin's hand to pull him into the school.

Luckily, both Jin and Namjoon had the same first hour, and made it seconds before class officially started.

First through third hour went by slowly but finally it was time for lunch.

Namjoon and Jin walked side by side into the somewhat large cafeteria. There, sitting at a table in the far corner of the room, was their usual lunchtime friends. Taehyung, sitting on the to the left of the youngest friend, Jungkook. To the right of him sat Jimin, then Yoongi, and finally Hoseok. The round table was big enough for the seven of them.

The whole table was chatting as Jin and Namjoon sat down next to Taehyung and Hoseok.

"Right on time my dudes, we were just discussing the details for Yoongi's party he's throwing tomorrow at his mansion." Jungkook said excitedly.

"First off, I don't live in a mansion you twit," Yoongi glared at Jungkook. "Second, it's not even a party, more like a get together so you guys can listen to some music I've produced." Yoongi shrugged.

Yoongi got big into music since playing the recorder back in elementary school. He said it just awakened something in him that wasn't there before, and since then he's been producing small tracks of music in his studio at home.

"Well I'm in if Jungkook's going, and of course for you as well Yoongi." Taehyung said. Jungkook giggled and looked at the older boy.

"I'm in too, you know I'll always listen to your tracks." Jimin said looking at Yoongi adoringly, but Yoongi barely seemed to notice.

"Me too! Since I've known you longer and we've been best friends forever, you know that I'll be there and give you my honest opinion." Hoseok said smugly and looked at Jimin. You could almost see the tension between them.

"Well if everyone else is going I might as well go too." Namjoon let out a sigh.

Jin quickly added, "You can count me in as well."

Through the remainder of lunch the seven boys discussed the times and such for the next day, but little did they know that tables around them just so happen to be listening in on the conversation.
