"Hey look your girlfriend is here," my friend Andrew said when Lydia pulled up. I resisted rolling my eyes, at times like these I wish people knew. Yep you guessed I'm gay, but I'm not out of the closet. My parents are Catholics, they see it as a sin. I don't know what I believe in but it's not that. As Lydia walked up to me we made eye contact. It said it all. Just play it off. That's what we've been saying for the past 2 years. Before then I would always get asked why I'm not going from girl to girl and dating anyone. I mean being the most popular guy in school you would expect that. But for now I'll just have to stick with Lydia. She's my best friend. She knows about me and supports me. "Hey Lydia," I said. " Hey Aiden". We walked in to school hand in hand being stared at by everyone, nothing out of the blue. But this time something, or should I say someone, caught my eye. The most beautiful gray-blue eyes I've ever seen. We locked eyes for a few seconds. Let me tell you those where the most cliché moments I've had by far. Lydia snapped me back to reality, "Hey don't you have football practice?" "Yeah let me walk you to class." "No I'm meeting up with Clawdia. See you later?" She asked. "Yeah, bye." "Bye," Lydia said rounding the corner.
