You went back to your apartment and quickly ate some ramen. You took out your new nerve gear along with the new game Sword art Online. You lay down on your bed and hook up your nerve gear, put it on, and close your eyes
"Link Start!" you yell out. After, clicking "OK" for your audio and visual checks, you appear in the starting menu for choosing your name and looks. You decide to go with your real name because honestly you could care less. For your outfit (It's your choice) you chose something you liked and added a cloak. You also choose hair that was slightly shorter than your hair in real life.
After making yourself, you finally got into the world of Sword Art Online, you spawned in a place called the Town of Beginnings and look around. You went to the nearest blacksmith shop and bought yourself a decent sword. After that you visited other shops and bought yourself a teleportation crystal with the leftover starting money you had. You looked at the locations on the crystal and decide to go to the nearest open field to explore and see what your sword was capable of. You spawn on a path and follow it. As you were walking you ran into a "Frenzy Boar" and took out your sword. You started to panic when it charged towards you realizing you didn't know what you were supposed to do. As you were about to run out of the way you saw someone rush past you, the boar disintegrate away shortly after. You looked over at the guy who ran past you and saw him put away his sword.
"T-t-thanks" you said slightly embarrassed seeing a guy with dark navy hair.
"No problem, I saw you have some trouble with your sword back there" he said while chuckling.
You looked at your player status, "Yeah, if i'm not that good with a sword maybe i should increase other skills" you said while putting your sword back.
"You know, i'm helping out my friend increase his sword skills and I can help you too if you want."
You look at him deciding whether or not you wanted to go with him, but he seemed like a nice guy so you accepted his offer. You teleported to where he was meeting his friend and waited.
"Names Kirito by the way"
"Y/N" You said while shaking his hand.
You saw something flashing and saw a guy next to Kirito. You were surprised because he was wearing a headband similar to that Tsuboi/Klein guy.
Could it be him?????
