Sing Me To Sleep (DeanxReader)

You were struggling to fall asleep, you kept tossing and turning but you just couldn't fall asleep. Now you were getting frustrated so you decided to get up and walk around the bunker or as Dean called it, the Batcave.

Sam and Dean were asleep for once so you tried to be as quiet as you could, but being the clumsy hunter you are, failed.

You had been making a cup of tea when you slipped and your cup fell smashing and waking up Dean.

"(Y/N)?" Dean asked worryingly, his sleepy voice was like music to your ears, "Are you alright?"

"Yeah I'm fine." You replied, "You know me, the biggest klutz in the world!" You chuckled and Dean laughed.

"So, (Y/N)?" His voiced trailed, "Why are you up? You should be asleep. Sam and I need you to be healthy and rested in case we find a case. Your'e a really good hunter as much as I hate to admit it." He teased.

You didn't think that you were a great hunter or that Dean cared. You felt a light blush crawl on your face and quickly looked down. "I tried to fall asleep but i couldn't." He stared at you with worry in his eyes, he cared so much about you. He loved you but he was afraid to admit it.

"Here, I'll get you some warm milk you go lay down and try to sleep." Dean ordered. You did as you were told and a few minutes later Dean walked in and handed you the warm milk. As you sipped it you felt the warm liquid travel down your throat and it soothed you.

"Dean?" You whispered barley audible, "Could you sing me to sleep?" He was stroking your (H/C) hair and you could feel you cheeks burning red.

"Of coarse (Y/N)." He whispered in your ear sending chills down your spine causing you to blush even more. He started to sing your favorite song. His voice was beautiful, and you soon could feel the your eyes going heavy as the drooped down until you were asleep.

Dean giggled at how cute you were when you were sleeping. He bent down and kissed your lips, you woke up and kissed him back wrapping your arms around his neck.

"Dean..." You started to say breaking the passionate kiss. "shhh, go back to sleep (Y/N)" he said and pulled you into his warm embrace. You fell asleep in his arms quickly never wanting to let go."

The next morning Sam walked into your room about to ask you where Dean was but then Dean saw him and quickly shushed him, because you were still sleeping. Sammy smiled and made a little heart with his hand the sticking his tongue out at Dean as he closed the door.

You woke up in Dean's arms  and looked up into his green eyes and smiled. He smiled at you leaning towards your ear. (Y/N) I love you." He whispered sounding nervous afraid of rejection. "D-Do you love me too (Y/N)."

"Of coarse you idiot." You laughed at him
