As the band restarts the music I looked at the girl as I slowly get off the stage I see her give me a evil look and I just smile at her.

I then looked at Prince Eric and his guards and noticed as that they were all walking towards me. As I step off the stage. My family and all the guards shift into wolf form and came in front of me to protect me but honestly I don't need anyone's protection from them

"Princess Selena, I want to apologise for my date tonight" Eric said through my parents

"like I said before she needs to leave and if you truly believe she's your mate then I suggested you leave with her and don't come back" I say looking at him as tears slowly come to my eyes.

"Selena I didn't know, I thought that someone else would be my mate" he said looking at me and trying to come closer, I could feel my heart break more as he said that.

"You should of known, I knew and when I found out you were dating someone else I felt my heart break in two, I thought you loved me but you got with her" I said as tears fell down my face

"Selena" he said still trying to come closer

"Please don't, I need you to pick me or her?" I said looking at him

"Please don't make me choose between you two cause I..I..I dont know who to pick" he said looking at the girl then at me

"The fact that you can't even choose tells me you already know, I make it easier for you, I reject you as my mate Prince Eric" I say crying and walk in the other direction.

All my family howl and they watch as I leave towards doors that lead to the outside.

As I left I could hear Prince Eric shouting my name but I kept walking. I know now that if I reject him that I become down and I will need Eric more but I have to be strong but right now all I want to do is cry. So I decide to go to my favourite place and cry my eyes out.
