Ch. 4

Grayson's POV

It's been 2 weeks since that night with lily.
We've hung out everyday since.

But it's been getting worse, fans have been getting pictures of us together, somehow.
Most of my supporters are against the fact that she makes me happy.

They comment and tweets these super nasty, and horrible things to lily.

She try's to act like it's not bothering her, but I can tell it's effecting her.

I just wish they would be more supportive, I have deep feelings towards this girl.

We were watching 22 jump street, and I paused it at the part where it said my name is Jeff and lip synced it.

"Omg, you are such a dork". She laughed.

I just pulled her closer and and started rubbing circles on her lower back, until her phone buzzed.

She picked it up and opened whatever just sent a notification, and her eyes got watery, she swallowed the lump in her throat.

"Hey, what's wrong". I said lifting her chin up.

"It's, nothing". She said removing my hand.

"I'm going to use the restroom, I'll be back". She got up and walked away.

I followed her and listened through the door, as she cried to herself.

"Why, me". She repeated pausing between words.

I heard soft grunts, untill I realized the door was unlocked.

I twisted the handle, to find her sitting on the floor, blood draining from her wrists, sobbing.

I rushed to her side grabbing toilet paper and laying them on her wrists.

"Lily what the hell!".

"It's to hard".

"Babe, what's to hard". I rocked her from side to side.

"Crying! WHY CANT I STOP CRYING! I guess I'm weaker than I thought".

"Hey, HEY look at me". I pulled her head in my two hands.

"Crying doesn't mean that you are weak, it just means that you were strong for too long".

"I'm tired of being strong, I just want to leave the earth, everyone hates me, I hate me, you probably hate me". She sobs in the crook of my neck.

"If I could give you one thing in life, I would give you the ability to see yourself in my eyes, only then would you realize how extraordinary you are".

"I always wanted something in life, and now that your here, I realized that what I wanted, was you".

"Grayson I want you to! But". She looked down at her wrists confused.

Lily's POV

I looked down at my wrists, my vision went blurry and they next thing I knew it went black.

Skip to hospital

I woke up in a hospital bed.

Confused by the beeping monitors, and that's went my head started spinning, it was probably one of the worse headaches ever.

"Hello?".

"OH MY GOD LILY?". Grayson rushed in.

He ran to my side and gripped onto my wrist.

"Ouch". I squirmed

"Sorry".

"I'm sorry". I said before he could speak again.

"You don't need to be sorry".

I was about to say something before the doctor walked in and cut me off.

"Lily, it's great to see you well again".

"Yea I guess". I looked down.

"Well lily, you suffered from major blood loss, luckily the cutting wasn't directed vertically otherwise wouldn't have been able to stitch you up".

I sat there is silence, looking at my wrists plastered in bandages.

Then towards Grayson to see his eyes closed tightly.

"Well I'll give you some time before checkout".
The doctor said before leaving the room.

I felt a tear slip down my cheek but quickly wiped it away.

"Why would you ever bring yourself to do that".

You could sense the anger in his voice.

"I was caught in the moment". I spat.

"Do you know how much it hurts to see someone that you love, harming themselves".

A tear slid. He loves me?

"You love me?".

"LILY ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME". He yelled.

"I DON'T LOVE YOU, IM IN LOVE WITH YOU!". I smiled to myself.

"I love you too".

I looked up to see him staring down on me, I closed my eyes for a split second to feel a pair of lips connect to mine.

They moved in sync.

Grayson's POV

I kissed her it wasn't like the other kisses we had.

It's was passionate and it's felt like my entire body was exploding with fireworks, she is perfect.

Lily's POV

He disconnected our lips and I sat there to feel his head resting on mine.

"I love you lily, please don't leave me".

"I won't".

"Promise me".

"Promise is a big word, it either makes something, or breaks everything Gray".

"Just promise me lily".

"I promise".
