Nerd Gone Bad

Chapter 3

What. Why would Nathan want to meet me? The Nathan. 

I did what people in the movies would do - i pinched myself on my right hand. But secretly of course. Nathan didnt disappear. Which meant he was the one who wanted to meet me....? Well,this is really weird.

Nathan was playing with his car keys and i could see that he looked abit nervous.

' hey,um Sarah,right?' he broke the really awkward silence as he run his fingers through his beautiful blonde hair. 'whoa, he is one sexy beast' that thought crept up to my mind. HOW IS HE ALREADY MESSING WITH MY HEAD.

' y-yeah, did you want to s-see m-me?' wow, are you serious Sarah? Stuttering? He must be thinking that you're a complete freak-plus-nerd right now. ughh god dammit.

'well,the thing is....' i noticed that throughout our conversation, he didnt even look me in the eye once, ' umm.' he really hesistated.

'well? can you just say it already? In case you didnt know,i have places to be,mister!' i said as arrogantly as i possibly could. Did he think that being one of the popular guys in school that he could waste my time?

' i...i really need some help in my studies.'  'and....?' did i seriously have to help him talk. Goshh.

' Well,i was thinking that you might be able to help me?' he ended it off as a question.

wait, what. Did Nathan just ask me to tutor him? Wow,how weird can this day get.

To be honest,i reaaaaallllly don't want to tutor anyone, and what more for free. But it's Nathan we're talking about here, i had to constantly remind myself. I think i stood there for more than a minute, forgetting the fact that Nathan was standing infront of me.

'we could have a deal.....' i didnt want to feel like a baddie, so i decided to put him down in a not-so-bad way, ' if i tutor you, you will have to be my boyfriend for a month! ' the words came out from my mouth too quickly, i couldnt stop them.

He looked shocked. I could sense him thinking hard about it. ' We'll have to do all the things real couples do together, you'll have to update your facebook status that you're with me,the whole school will know' i dropped many hints for him not to accept the offer. I mean,why would Nathan risk his popularity just to be my girlfriend? Even if it's a deal for tutoring him.

His eyes kept shifting from one side to the other and once again,he had to run his hair through his hair. Does he think he's Justin Bieber or something?

'Helloooo?' i waved my hand infront of his face, ' is it a deal or not?' i was starting to get really impatient. I heaved a sigh as he continued keeping mum.

'Deal.'
