When i was just 15 years old my life wasn't easy. But i mean, who's is? Being 71 now and telling this story over and over again always makes my heart race, of excitement. This is my favourite story. Its the story about a girl who then became The Wolf.

It was a dark windy night and i was on my way home. ..The wind howling, freezing out in the cold trying to get to the bridge in which i lived under. I had to scavenge food in order to survive. I hear movement all around me and i stare. I hear ruffling in the bushes behind me so i turn around... I stare and see two red bright eyes staring back at me. I freeze. I tried to scream but i couldn't... I just stood there as this massive brown wolf slowly comes out of the bush growling. It jumps on me and bites my arm. At this moment i definitely screamed and half the town heard it. The men came out of the bars and so did the women to see what had happened. The wolf saw all the people and ran off but i was just laying on the ground holding on to where it bit me. Someone yells "I'm a doctor" and comes rushing over but before he can get to me i pass out.

My head hurting but i wake up not knowing where i was or what i was doing there. I had no memory of what had happened. The doctor had to explain everything the way he saw it. It slowly started coming back to me. He said he'd recommend me to stay one more night at the hospital to make sure everything is okay but that i could leave and arrange an appointment with him instead. I agreed but i hate doctors so i never called or checked in. I tended the wound the way i would normally do if i got hurt except this one wasn't healing. It made no sense.

I heard ruffling in the plants near the bridge and i freak out. I hide. I see a boy with dark hair and light green eyes. I just stare and he walks off but i stay where i am just to make sure.

Out of nowhere, someone behind me says "hi." I jump and punch him in the face threatening his life. "WHAT THE- HEY! I know how to fight!"

he chuckles, "There's no need for that. I just want to talk okay?"

He thought i was kidding, i swung a punch at his face and he crouches over laughing "That tickled." He just got right back up as if nothing happened. My eyes widen in fear. I couldn't believe my eyes... He turned around and i saw his tail. He says "You see. You don't have to be afraid of me." I didn't pass out or scream. I was actually amazed. He turned around again and had wolf ears, and sharp teeth. You could tell he was enjoying my reaction because although i was staring at him, i froze at the same time. He was grinning and he wanted to laugh but didn't. I was still very shaken up by what i had seen but i smiled? Is that weird? He was shocked, he gasped slightly.

He asked,"you aren't scared?"

I said, "no, why would i be?"

"because of what i am..."

"im not scared. its like something inside me is telling me not to be afraid."

he goes back to normal and was confused but soon realised why.

"Oh! i know why you aren't scared."

"huh? why?"

"Because i bit you, the instinct inside you around good ora's/vibes tells you how to feel... If anyone else saw this they'd freak out or scream but, you're calm because you know."

i stop just to process for a little bit and then nod my head. He then smiles at me and i guess i smiled back.

he asks, "oh, btw whats your name? I'm Lucca."

i say, "My name is Amber."

And thats where my journey began. You see kids, that was the beginning of change. Change all around where people were able to live side by side with werewolves and feel protected by them at only the cost of kindness, shelter, and food.

Okay this first chapter is about how Lucca and Dove first met and changed all of humanity forever. Guys, lets be real. This book is a basic simple story and i enjoyed writing so let me know if you want to hear more! :)
