I'm walking down a dark road with no idea where I am, and my parents were just killed moments before in town. I suddenly fall into a river and realize I can't swim then I feel a hand grab mine and pull me up. But on the way up my head hits a rock and knocks me out. I wake up a few days later with a boy standing next to me and a man at the foot of the bed. He then says "my name is kindaichi what's yours" and I tell him "it's (y/n) " and then the boy speaks "my names obi, are you alright" and I respond "yes I'm fine, are you the one that helped me" and he nods then the man speaks "what were you doing all by yourself (y/n)" and I tell him "my parents were killed and before my mom died she told me to run into the woods and never look back so I did" and then he says " well would you like us to take you in?" And I nod then he takes out a blade and cuts his hand and holds it out and says "you shall now and forever be known as karu karachi" then he hands it to me and tells me to throw it so I throw it straight at the wall. And thus the abuse and the constant state of being terrified began as well as training
