9: Her Surprise

RiA's POV

After the performance, I decided to stay at KARA's dorm for a little while. I didn't have enough strength to walk back to my own dorm since it was so cold and there was lots of snow in the path, so Seung Yeon asked me if I'd like to stay there for a little bit.

"By the way, RiA, you did really well out there! You look like you could be KARA's 6th member!" Nicole said. For a minute, I thought she said it in English. I could understand English though. Did I ever mention that I was born and I lived in the U.S until I was 16? Probably not.

"Thanks, Nicole. I could be, but I think your fans would want you to stay as 5." I said, blushing a bit. All 6 of us kept on talking for 2 hours, but soon, I decided to go back to the dorm.

Luckily, my dorm wasn't so far from KARA's dorm, so I walked back with no worry in the world. When I made my way into the dorm, it was dark. I stood in the doorway and closed the door, because I didn't think of anything else to do.

Then, the lights FINALLY turned on and I heard, "SURPRISE!" It was the rest of my members, with a cake and some gifts? It isn't my birthday. As a matter of fact, it was my birthday on June 9th. It's December 28th. Oh, I think know why they did this.

I was so shocked that most of my emotions came out. I literally started to cry in surprise. I guess they set up a surprise party for me.

"Aww, look! RiA's crying!" L said. As soon as he said that, L, Sung Yeol, and Woo Hyun came up to me and hugged me.

"How did you guys plan this?" I asked, still having a little bit of tears left.

"Well...it was Woo Hyun's idea." Sung Jong explained.

-Flashback-

"Since RiA did a good job on Music Bank, shouldn't we prepare a surprise party for her?" Woo Hyun asked.

"I don't know. The last time we made a surprise party for her birthday, 2 days before the party, Sung Jong couldn't keep it a secret anymore for 2 more days!" Sung Yeol said. "Can we trust him this time?"

"Hey! It was only ONE TIME! Trust me this time. I won't say anything." Sung Jong said.

"Okay then, let's split up into teams. Me, Sung Jong, and L will stay here to make the cake. I'll text you guys if we need some more ingredients, but just bring a cake kit, I guess." Woo Hyun said.

"So the rest of us, we'll go shopping." Sung Kyu said.

"Okay! Let's do this!" Woo Hyun said.

"Thanks, you guys. Especially you, Woo Hyun. I like the fact how you were able to do all this!"

"No problem, RiA. We care about you, so this is the best we could do." Sung Yeol said.

"Oh, and Woo Hyun, I have something to tell you." I walked up to him and in the motion of trying to tell him something, I gave him a kiss on the cheek. It was a small gift, but it was a THANK YOU gift.

As I walked away, I could see Woo Hyun and the others shocked, but Woo Hyun had rose red cheeks.

"Ummm....uh..." I heard Woo Hyun stutter.

"Okay, okay, we get it. Don't say ANYMORE." Sung Kyu said.
