Layla's POV:
Crazy, I'm friggen crazy! I'm actually listening to to his crazy story, and I don't even know his name. He was going on about how he left his pact or whatever to be with me.
"But I've only seen you once." I cut him off.
He sighs running a hand through his messy black hair, bitting my lip and holding back the urge to jump his bones. As if my thoughts are laid out on my face he smirks.
"I used to live with my pact, they were like my family, a really big family. Until I left." he sad staring blankly at the wall.
"Left? why." I can't believe I'm responding to this psycho.
"I found something that meant more to me than them, even my own life." He still avoided my gaze as if he was searching for the right words.
"What." I felt nosey, more like I was afraid of the answer.
"You." his gaze finally met mine and he was clear on what he wanted.
"M-me." I stood up almost tripping over myself, he remains sitting unconcerned of my surprise.
"If you'd let me explain..." he trailed off.
I took the hint and I sat back down, "I'm not exactly....human."
I blink, how should I react? so I did the only thing I thought to do, I laugh. I was laughing so hard that I fell out of my seat.
"Oh, ha, yea sure and I'm a purple dinosaur." I wipe a tear from my eye.
When I look up he's glaring, clearly not amused, "what, your not serious?" I felt my chest tighten, theres no way. Is there?
"Do I need to show you." this time he was standing, did I hurt his obviously big ego. Whoops.
I didn't even have a chance to respond because he grabs my hand, rough but not enough to hurt me, and drags me to the back yard.
"Where are we going?" I was a little scared to know.
He turns me around and I take the hint to stay turned until he tells me, a sick cracking notice fills the air and a wave of power surrounds me. As if there wasn't enough tension already, I turn around, only to come face to... well snout. My eyes were wide, my face was pale, and I was stiff. It was the same beautiful black wolf from the forest, but his eyes were yellow. That's all I saw before my world went spinning and I hit the ground with a thud.
Sorry I took so long, but I did update. how should she act when she wakes up scared, or should she forget everything? hmmmmmm the possibilitys!!!
