The people in the beginning sitting with Kai in the masquerade masks are like the ladies dressed in all red in Lucky One. These people are different because they aren't those exact people. These people are in under cover so they wont be as noticed because they spy on EXO and are the ones who calls the swat team
when the swat comes in and takes the boys away. This could be right before they bring EXO to the Mental Hospital they are in for Lucky One. This swat team is also the ones who beat and hurt the boys in the end of Monster.
The girl in my opinion was just used as a trap to get the boys.
This is would also be around the time the three boys (baekhyun, xiumin and d.o) agree on teaming up with the other side.
the reason I say that is because the atmosphere of the video.
Before any one found out about their super powers all the boys became gamblers and became very rich which would cause the big pile of money which Suho is seen with a bit throughout the video
Like in Monster when baekhyun is sitting at the head of the table also in
Lotto the picture is also the same except kai is at the head of the table
