Fallen Down

(Author's note: ok, this is my first story. In this story, Frisk is native to the universe, so no memories of other ones. With Flowey, I tried to channel Asriel. If you see any spelling mistakes, please tell me. I tried to make this one short in case it was disliked, but I will probably make more VERY soon.)

You open your eyes, wincing at every breath you take in. What had happened to you? No, you remembered. That had been quite a fall, hadn't it? You didn't quite trust yourself to get up yet, so you lay there for a second. You wished your fall had killed you. You felt how many of your bones had broken, and you weren't going anywhere soon. You felt a sob escape your lungs, then winced at the pain, holding yourself back from a full on cry lest it become any more painful.

"Um, excuse me?" You heard a high voice next to you.

You turned your head, luckily avoiding anymore pain ( it made sense, if your neck were broken you would be dead). To your great surprise, instead of a person, there was... a flower? How? "Um, can you talk? Oh! Sorry, you're hurt! Let me help you!" Little white pellets erupted in the air around the flower, and circled it. Then they started toward you. As soon as they touched your skin, you felt a warm feeling as they passed right through you. It felt like drinking a warm cup of hot chocolate, or receiving a hug from your mom. Not like you knew what that felt like.

It was a few seconds before you realized that you felt MUCH better. You pushed yourself up, and cleared your throat. " H-hi. Um, how are you talking... or even sentient?" You asked.

"Sorry, let me introduce myself. Howdy, I'm Flowey,  Flowey the Flower! You've fallen down, haven't you? Here, get up!"

Vines wrap around your hands and pull to help you shakily stand.

"So um, what's your name?" Flowey paused, and you realized that you were supposed to respond.

"F-frisk."  You cursed yourself mentally. All you could do was stutter? Well, you did just fall hundreds of feet, break most of your bones, gotten healed almost magically, and come face to face with a talking flower.

"Howdy, Frisk!" Flowey stopped, looking nervous. Somehow, beads of sweat appeared on his face. "Um, you aren't gonna kill me, right?" Before you could respond, Flowey shrieked and flew into the ground, disappearing from sight.

"What a cowardly creature, sparing such a defenseless, weak youth. Greetings, I am Toriel. I suppose I will have to guide you. Oh well. There goes my good day. Whatever. Follow me, if you want. Or die. Your choice."
