Chapter 8 - BTS

"Huh? Did help finally arrive?" Jungkook asks as he can just about see a group of men storming towards them.

"That doesn't look like help..." Jin quivers as the men become more visible, they could clearly be seen now holding sharp swords which glitter in the sunlight. They all seemed to be wearing the same clothes, a dark purple uniform.

"Crap... you're right." Jungkook replies as he looks at the rest of the members all in shock, "Who are they then?" He continues to ask.

"They are probably the king's guards! Someone must have snitched on us." Rap Monster's eyes widen with realisation, the guards had now travelled close enough that their faces could be seen.

"DAMMIT! RUN!" Jhope screams, in reaction- they all begin to sprint as fast as they could possibly go. After dodging all the stalls and people infront of them, jumping over crates and carts, they finally see a forest ahead.

"HEAD TOWARDS THE TREES! WE CAN HIDE THERE!" Rap Monster shouts back at them loud and clear, and with not enough energy to reply they run towards the forest.

Jimin looks back to see how far the guards are now, the distance between them was bigger but not big enough.

As Jimin turns his head back he sees a huge tree right infront of him, too late to move out of the way, his face slams into it causing him to fall to the ground landing head first.

No one sees this happen as their only focus was escaping. Jimin lays on the floor his nose starts to bleed and he feels dizzy, too dizzy to shout for help.
His vision became blurry as all he can see now are the figures of the members slowly fading away.

His eyes then roll slowly to see where the guards are... right above his face. They look down at him "Should we continue to run after them sir?!" One of the guards asks as he points in the direction BTS had ran.

"No it's too late, they are too far now" replies what seems to be the head guard, his uniform more decorated than the others.

The guards continue to discuss "But sir, the forest is small, we are bound to find them, after all there's a wall so theres no way they can escape," the guard insists.

"Why should we bother running after them, when they can come to us?" He says as he looks at Jimin who is trying to sit up as he rubs his head in pain. The head guard kicks his chest, forcing him to lay back on the ground, causing Jimin to groan in agony.

"Oh sir! You are a genius! Of course they will be back for him," he laughs.
"But what if they dont come back?"

"We shall give them a weeks time, if there's no sign of them then we kill him." He looks at Jimin again, a big smirk grew on his face.

"And then?" The guard asks.

"And then we find them... and kill them too" He says as he stares into the forest, thinking about his plan.

Those were the last words Jimin had heard before falling unconscious.

"HAVE WE LOST THEM YET?!" V shouts before suddenly stopping and falling to the ground. All the other members look back at him, they all stop running and in exhaustion, fall to the ground too.

"Omo, they're finally gone," Jin pants as he starts to look around frantically. Like a mother, he begins to count his ducklings. Just as he reaches the last one, his mouth drops, his eyes widen, and he begins to tremble.

"Gu-guys... D-Do you know wh-who else is g-gone?" He was in such a panic, the members did not understand what he had said.

"What? Jin are you okay?! What's wrong?!" Rap Monsters says as he crawls over to Jin.

"JIMIN!" Screams V as he quickly gets back to his feet, "WHERES JIMIN?!" He darts his eyes around the forest, but all that could be seen were trees.

The other members begin to panic, where as Jin and Rap monster stare at the ground, fear haunting their minds as a few scenarios of what might have happened to Jimin stare them in the face.

Jhope, Suga, and Jungkook get up like V, and begin to panic, running around the trees to see if he is possibly just hiding to worry them. "He was definitely running with us!" Jungkook exclaims, sweat trickling down his forehead.

V glares at the ground, his heart racing as a wave of anger and frustration hits him. "BUT WHERE IS HE NOW?!" He continues to scream.

In fear of being heard, Jhope runs up to him and places his hands on V's shoulders "Calm down, or else the guards might hear and find us again." he then looks back at the boys, each looking like a lost child, in need of their parent's comfort.

"Guys we all need to calm down, not just V." Jhope says as he signals them to come closer, they all look around one more time before beginning to gather together to form a circle whilst still trying to catch their breaths, "Okay, when was the last time we saw Jimin?" Jhope asks.

"Before we reached the forest, I saw him run beside me!" Jungkook tells them, the worry in his voice, loud and clear.

"Okay so you're sure he was with us?" Jhope asks again.

"Yes definitely!" Jungkook wines, on the verge of breaking down into tears.

"Jhope is right, we all need to calm down or else we will never find him." Rap Monster says as he still continues to stare at the ground.

"What are you thinking?" Jin asks Rap Monster, with hope in his eyes.

"I'm thinking..." He looks back up at everyone, "The only reason why the guards stopped running after us must be because something stopped them, in this case that something is Jimin." he explains.

"So you're saying Jimin tried to stop them?" Jin asks.

"No... Although Jimin is an idiot, he isn't stupid enough to try and stop them alone, which means getting captured, rather than run and escape with us. I think they somehow caught him and that's what stopped them." he answers. "They are probably going to use him to get to us."

Everyone realises that this is most likely the case, it's either try to get Jimin back, with a high chance of being caught and killed, or let them keep him, and leave him to die.

V turns around and with out thinking, his fist zooms into the tree before him, scaring the birds out of it. "How the fuck did we loose him?! Why did this have to happen?!" He pulls his hand back and glares at his fist which was now bleeding.

"What if they kill him before we can do anything?" Jungkook cries. This brought the group to their senses, that what Jungkook had said was a very likely thing.

"You're right, we shouldn't waste time" Suga says as he looks up at Rap Monster, the rest of the members do the same with a determined look in their eyes.

"I guess we need a plan" Rap Monster says, as they all nod in agreement. They were going to save Jimin, if its the last thing they do.
