Dinner!

So here I am. Just published the third chapter and an hour later I get a message from the fabulous Ash (give her a clap)  who tells me she likes my story! I felt the need to say this because it makes me so happy! Knowing that you can make people little bit happier with a chapter of graylu. It truly means a lot to me for when you guys vote and comment. Thanks

Now here is chapter.

So here we are getting ready for dinner. Gray is picking us up in an hour and im fixing Wendy's hair. Its a special day for her. She's gonna meet a new person so she wants to look her best.

A couple minutes later I get a text

Make sure to dress fancy, and I mean fancy.
-Gray

I reply with an okay

Then it hits me, I DONT REMEMBER GIVING HIM MY NUMBER!!!!

So now for the dressing up bit.

Wendy is dressed in a cute blue dress that comes down to her knees. While im dressed in a midnight blue gown. Looking very cute Wendy does a little twirl and smiles in the mirror excitedly.

Theres a knock on the door and wendy runs down the stairs to get the door.

No Wendy don't answer the door. You mustn't answer the door until you are older.

I call to her while im walking towards her. She seems to be having a nice chit chat with person at the door.

As I approach I hear a deep voice who is talking in a soft gentle voice.

Wendy smiles and reaches out and grabs a hand and pulls it. She pulls what is revealed to be gray and points at me. She pulls him down to her level and whispers in his ear.

He smiles at her and nods his head in agreement.

She then walks over to me and happily states.

There is a little boy waiting in the car may I go and talk to him?

I smile and nod my head in agreement.

She runs off in delight. Gray who carefully watches her get in the car and makes sure she isn't hurt or strays from her path.

Im next to him watching too. When I feel a hand snake up and around my waist and im lead away from the door where the kids dont see us.

You look lovely Luce, Wendy is very cute too cute in fact. Anyway we should get going.

My heart was beating at a fast rate.  As Gray looks into my eyes and leans down and kisses me on the lips. The kiss was gentle and short. It was over before it started and that made me mad.

We walked over to the car and we got in the front seats. Gray in the drivers seat and me on the opposite. We make sure to put our seatbelts on.

We drive off and are off to the restaurant wendy and what I presume is Romeo are in a world of their own talking about trees and dinosaurs and lots of other things.

While me and Gray were quiet. Gray was focusing on the road and I thought distracting him wouldn't be a good idea considering how the traffic was.

It was quite a fearful sight. Gray pressed a button which safely locked all doors. People were oit of their cars yelling at each other.  It was chaos.
Wendy reached out and grabbed my arm in worry. Tears welling up in her eyes.

Im scared.

Just as she says that Romeo also states that he too is scared.

I reach out and hold both their hands while they tear up and start to wail.

I try to calm them down when Gray speaks ups

Hush Kids we are almost there. And don't worry we are in the car no one will hurt us. He says while glancing at them without turning his head

A man walks towards the car and Gray glares at the man and he walks off.

We pull down a street and are off again. We finally reach the restaurant and get out the car into the fancy building.

The man we meet first up recognized Gray straight away and led him the to reservation.

We sat down looked at the menu that was just given to us.

We order food and drinks.

Gray and I got White Wine while the kids got grape and apple juice.  Our meals arrived a couple minutes later.

Gray looks at Wendy and gives her a wink. Wendy smiles back and looks at Romeo and then looks at me she then starts to eat her nicely made dinner.

It was dessert time and we ordered shaved ice with apple, grape water melon and many other things too.

It only lasted five minutes until everyone was finished.

Wendy and Romeo were getting sleepy very sleepy.

Wendy being wendy came over to me and sat on my lap falling asleep instantly.

Romeo on the other hand got up and went straight to me and grabbing my hand pulling me out of the chair. Gray is already up and is paying he comes back and grabs Wendy out of my arms. I then pick up Romeo and carry him as he sleeps.

We arrive home and I before I get out and get Wendy I turn to Gray to say thank you but Gray leans over and crashes his lips onto mine the kiss lasted  a couple minutes as we both got deeper into the kiss. I finally have to pull back for air.

I take a deep breath and realize that wendy still needs to be in bed. Same for Romeo.

Thanks for dinner Gray. I'll see you tomorrow.

He smiles at me and waits for me to get inside before he leaves.

I put wendy in bed and went to bed myself.

Also in future chapters I'll be telling you guys of other new character's age.
